The class I attended here was fantastic! (you can immediately feel the effects after the workout) I will have to come back to browse the store itself, but this review is specifically referring to the workout studio located upstairs in the store. The studio is fairly spacious given the size, and kept neat and tidy. The class I recently tried here was called Poundfit (by Tracey K). You use these cool lime-green drumsticks called Pound RipStix - specially designed for beating objects (floor, the other stick, mats)! It's a great whole-body workout that focuses mainly on core, thighs, and arms/shoulders. Also, if you like to make noise, relieve stress, smack things together, or feel like a 10 year old while getting your sweat on, this class is for you :) There's some coordination-involved movements, but as long as you move with the beat in some form and smiling because you're having a good time then it's great! Really good customer service today. I went in there looking for a pair of leggings that I saw online but unfortunately they did not have them. As I know the in-store stock is different than the online store. I got a wicked deal on the hoodie for $50 which was a steel and deal because it was very comfortable. The lady who was working there today helped me with finding a pair of leggings which I wasn't really expecting to find. They were very very very comfortable the ones she pick out. Which I had to buy because they felt so comfortable. She was very very friendly and very very good customer service I will definitely be back to see if there's any steel deals in store. Absolutely happy with my experience here today I found what I was looking for. Thank you! read more

Thank you for the reply, Kristi. To clarify: 1) I was NEVER offered another pair/color of jeans when I was informed about the back order. I have documented all of the discussion that passed between myself and your administration and this never occurred. 2) I did mention that the doortag from Canada Post never got to my door. Yes the jeans sat at the post office - but I DIDN'T KNOW ABOUT THEM and was NEVER sent tracking information even though you had it in your possession. Therefore the fact that it sat at the post office was not necessarily my fault. 3) Once again, this is another fabrication. Yes, you did offer to deliver the jeans to my house but you never once offered to refund a portion of my payment and then do so. I declined delivery to my door because this had happened several months after my order and I no longer needed the jeans. 4) Yes, you offered me a 40% off coupon. I apologize for not mentioning this. For all of those reading this commentary - I was offered a 40% off coupon for a future purchase at Key-Lime. 5) At least own up to the fact that this was a huge error on your part instead of fabricating lies to paint me in a negative light. Thank you for demonstrating the poor customer service that I mentioned in my previous review. I am so disappointed, mortified and frustrated that you would even go out of your way to "apologize to me" while passive aggressively claiming that I didn't tell the whole story. This is an awesome little store in Sherwood Park. I love that a really good portion of their clothes are made in Canada. The bamboo line is crazy comfortable, and super cute. I also REALLY appreciate that they have plus-sized clothes also available. It's so nice to be able to go into an active wear store and be able to buy clothes that FIT ME. I love Key-lime. I love what they stand for as well as the fact that they are a Canadian company that manufactures in Canada. They also carry plus sizes unlike other yoga clothing stores. Key-lime is where I will spend my hard earned money. read more

I alwasy enjoy stepping into Keylime to do a lil browsing I feel really comfortable, and although I have only purchased a few Keylime Pieces, I love them so much. I find it great that if they don't have your size in a particular style, the sales staff never say "no we don't have any left" instead they always offer to place you on a call list for when the new items arrive in the size you're looking for. Really been noticing a great deal of community involvement recently too...Its so nice to see good businesses grow, and expand...so pumped about the new location at city centre. can't wait to check it out when I make my way to that area. read more

I was a little shocked at the other comments b/c I was in the store today and the people were nothing but helpful! They were practically bending over backwards to help other people and find the right fit. The problem with the groupon culture is that people expect to get everything they want at a discount. If you're getting half off a product - smile, be happy. Don't berate the store?!?! read more

In response to your comment, Kristi: It's great to know that you are trying to improve your customer service efforts and that new initiatives are in place to improve them. However, I am further appalled by your comment in a couple of ways: 1) Your lack of acknowledgement of the situation I experienced is appalling from a business standpoint. Where are your business ethics and integrity? Do you understand the power of a simple apology? Most businesses will do anything to try to reverse a wrong. The reason I was told I couldn't use my coupon was because the $60 tank top was listed at 10% off ($6). I also purchased another tank top that you sold for $40. I was spending well over my groupon limit (ie: spending more of my personal money) and yet you couldn't allow me $6 off...!! Shocking from a business standpoint- you have heard of repeat customers if the customer is happy. Appalled that there is no acknowledgement or apology. 2) Your comment was in regards to how YOU are feeling. ie: "we are human, (women)" & "we dry our tears & move on". Wow! That is completely unbelievable. You're a BUSINESS woman, not an emotional wreck, right? Businesses receive feedback all the time, some good some bad. If you're going to treat customers badly the comments you're going to receive will all be negative. You can't justify your behaviour because you're an emotional woman. Obviously you fall into the category of people that allow others to not take women seriously in the corporate world. I also find it amusing that you finally did acknowledge your lack of inventory in the store. Yet when I was in the store and you were verbally attacking me you said you found it hard to believe that there was little to no stock in your store for the past 5 months. Hmmm.... I think you need to do a little more repair work than put new customer service initiatives in place. read more

I have to wear yoga type wear for work and am always looking for new places besides the usual lululemon. I went to the Sherwood park location to check things out after looking online before driving there. I was greeted warmly and the women working was very helpful. when I was trying items on and asking about certain products she was knowledgeable and right there to help. the products themselves are very comfortable. as a curvy, well-endowed women it can be a little jab to the self esteem when trying to find sizes and fits. these seem to be tailored more for the average women. in fact trying on the pants made me feel even smaller! the prices are also more reasonable than lululemon and they offer most of the same styles in pants and tank tops. can't wait to go back! read more

Ive shopped at this store a few times and I really like it. The clothes are perfect for wearing bright flashy workout outfits (Like me) Or just nice basics that are well made. The ladies are really sweet and help you grab whatever you need and offer advice once you try stuff on in the dressing room, they arent pushy or oversell anything. I did want to purchase a pair on leggings that they didnt have in stock and Keylime took my info and called me as soon as they were in again and put them on hold for me. Great service! read more

The first time I shopped here, I had an amazing experience and found some great clothes! There was this one shirt, however, that I didn't end up buying because it kind of showed a tattoo that I had faded with laser. No biggie. Told the sales lady the reason why and then bought what I wanted and left. I came back about a month later. While I was in the change room, I overhear the same sales lady that I had prior, telling a group of ladies about "this woman" who came in awhile ago and tried on a shirt but didn't buy it because she was so self conscious about "this old tattoo" and was saying that she could barely see it and so I was overreacting etc, etc. And what kills me is she even "did my voice" so to speak, and then they all had a good laugh while, unbenounced to her, I could hear all of this. I didn't even want to leave the change room, but then I thought, hang on a sec .. I'm not going to sit here embarrassed like high school all over again. So I came out and told her that I was, in fact, that person. She laughed it off ... No apology. The other time I was in, there was a young girl working who was extremely unhelpful and too busy visiting with her boyfriend who was leaning on the counter, to help me out. So I give 3 stars to be fair because I LOVE the clothes, but a goose egg for customer service!! read more
