The service for my fittings was great!! Unfortunately, when one of the wires on my bra snapped after only 6 months, I was told my size must have changed and so there was nothing I could do (Even though my weight hadn't changed, I was told it was hormonal). The wires on my previous two bras all snapped after 1 1/2 years of wear, but that's with alternating so I guess I got 8 months of use out of those. Can't quite understand why the wires can't be made to hold up as the material is still good. The brand is Ulla. So for $259 a piece, I question the quality. I need support, but can't see how I can go on spending that kind of money. So while the store itself gives good service, I received absolutely no empathy for my situation, just justification of why the bra didn't last longer! read more

I like this store. It's not very big but they have nice stuff. The lingerie is more expensive than your typical lingerie store but I would consider this place a higher class lingerie store. The lady who helped me was very kind and very helpful. I didn't really know what I was looking for so she went over the different options with me. I was looking for something to wear with a strapless dress and I ended up finding something great! It was supportive and comfortable. Les Saisons recently got a facelift. The shop has relocated to upstairs by the Santa Maria, and it's just gorgeous. It is far more open and bright than their old location, which was small and sketchy-looking. I went to the shop on a Tuesday early afternoon, and I was the only person in there besides the salesperson (who may have been the manager, I'm not certain). She was exceptionally helpful in finding different styles of bras for me to try and making suggestions about the fit. If you just want to browse, however, that's fine, too. All the merchandise is on display and neatly arranged. This is a high-end lingerie shop and the price reflects that, but the fact that they have bras in UK/EU sizes is certainly worth it. My size is not carried by North American retailers (like La Senza or Victoria's Secret), so the ability to go and try the UK bras, while having excellent service, is worth the price. TL;DR: Helpful, friendly, expensive, worth it. read more

The Staff here is absolutely amazing. I walked in and in about 2 minutes, Michelle fit me with the correct and perfect bra. Michelle was so sweet and kind. She went above and beyond to help me out. She let me try on other bras just to make sure these were the right ones. If I could give her ten stars I would. She does not measure you, she just knows what size you are. Normally I love this store and Michelle the manager is ridiculously nice and helpful but leaving the store today left a really bad feeling in my gut. I was just the store and I spoke with the manager about getting my bra fixed because the underwire broke. I was told it wasn't fixable and the only discount I received on 2 new bras was no tax. The issue with the first bra was that (according to the manager) it was too small for me and seeing as how I have only had it for 3 months and have lost 15lbs since I bought the bra this shouldn't have been the case. Therefore I was sized wrong to begin with. At first I didn't say much because confrontation isn't my thing, but I should have gotten my bra replaced because it was the manager who sized me wrong in the first place. When my mother called the store all she was told is that they've done all their willing to do. This was extremely unacceptable and very bad customer service. I expected a little more seeing as how they're normally really nice and accommodating. I suppose they're only nice when you're spending over $100 on 1 item. What a shame. read more

I purchased a defective bra, and even though the bra still had the tags on it and you could clearly see that the seam was not stitched properly they refused to exchange it. The clerks were rude and very condescending. I have shopped there for years but I will never go back. I have always been too big-busted to buy bras from mainstream stores like La Senza. I also yo-yo with my overall weight, and am currently a plus size. I went in today and was helped by a thin, lovely salesgirl who could have been a model. She brought me dozens of bras to try as we narrowed down first the fit, then the styles and colours that I preferred. During my time in the store, I felt she was treating me exactly the same as she would have if I had been a size 0; friendly, helpful, respectful, and completely without that vibe you sometimes get in stores that don't cater exclusively to plus size women. yes, you are going to be looking at spending more on a bra here then you would be from a department or chain store. However, I know from experience that if you take care of them (wash carefully) they will last because they are high-quality, and it is well worth the money to have a bra that fits well then a couple of cheap bras that don't. if you open the door to your changeroom a crack, one of the sales associates will come to see what you need. They are very expert at seeing whether it is the band size, the cup size, or the straps needing adjusting that is the issue. I went to another expensive bra shop in town and ended up being fitted with one that didn't sit flat against my breastbone, where here they had that pegged after two try-ons. oh, and if you're just in the market for pretty lingerie and not bras with antigravity engineering, you'll find plenty to browse through here as well! I essentially walked in to inquire about a bra sizing and fitting. The three clerks just stared at me. Then one clerk told me if I wanted to try something on I would have to go to the rack to pick something out and then I could go try it on in their fitting rooms. She was very rude and condescending. I am a plus size woman with a large bust and when I go to a bra boutique I expect professional service where they will do a proper sizing and fitting. This place was not customer oriented. I walked in to inquire about a common service amongst bra boutiques and walked straight out after having no service. I've popped in here a few times over the past few months. Most recently was earlier this week. I walked in, there was no one in the store but myself and two sales associates. After wandering around for a few minutes I was finally greeted and asked if I needed help. So I tell her what I'm looking for and she grabs one to start and leads me to the fitting room. First, the room gets REALLY hot. I'm naturally cold, so when I say something is hot, it's hot. I can really only stand to be in there about 10 minutes or so and then I feel like I'm burning up. Second, they don't seem to have much knowledge on how bras work. They brought me a 32-whatever cup. It was a little loose at the band which was bad since it's strapless. So they brought me a 30-whatever cup. Now, if they were perhaps more experienced, they would have realized that it should have been a 30-whatever the next cup up is cup. Surprise! The 30-whatever cup didn't fit. After a few other ones being tried on, we did end up at one that fit. I wasn't 100% sold on it, and I can't afford to drop $140 on a bra I'm not 100% sold on. She found me a bra that would still fit me as I lose weight and the perfect sports bra - which is hard to find for a 36 H. Both bras were expensive $120-$150 but for me it's worth it. The saleswoman was very helpful getting me in the right size. HOWEVER, I bought a bra, and then went online to find out more about other bras and came across bravissimo.com. I found out that I could have ordered my bra online for HALF THE PRICE! But of course, no refund, exchange only at Les Saisons. I would recommend going in and finding a bra that you like, but checking out if you can order it online for less before committing to buying it from the store. I have struggled finding a bra that fits me for my big size. This was my first time going into a bra store that had sizes bigger than a 32 DDD. I walked in and I was excited that I was going to find a bra that would fit me properly. I walked in and i told the lady what I was looking for and how I wanted a bra with padding. I am a size 32 I so it's hard to find bras for my fit. She says "There's no such thing as a moulded bra (padded bra) in a size 32 i, so she gave me a bra with no padding and I was so uncomfortable and I said to her " I feel very very uncomfortable wearing this bra." She replies to me with "Well that's what is made, it's this or you stick with a too small side of a bra." I was so frustrated and I felt disrespected by the employee. read more

This is the only place ive ever been able to find a bra that fits me. I have a small rib cage but a D or DD cup and nowhere else in Edmonton has band sizes lower than 32. Its definitely not a cheap store but I think its worth it considering it actually fits. The lady who sized me was incredibly skilled. I showed her the bra I was currently wearing and told her my complaints and he immediately knew what size I should be. I certainly wasnt a 32B like Victorias Secret told me. Here they dont measure you but rather have you try on a few things and narrow it down from there. The very first bra she gave me to try fit better than any other bra ive worn in my life. Yay for the fact that it fits bustier woman like me. I went here for the first time 2 years ago after back pain and stress from bra shopping when I noticed their sign that said bras AA-G/H and I was like okay maybe I will try it and I got a bra for around $120 which is fine since it was a specialty shop. The only problem I have is that I don't feel comfortable coming to the shop and looking for myself. I also am hurdled into a change room and they fit me which was nice at first but now that I am more knowledgeable and I know my size I wish I could walk around and look without feeling like I am being hovered over. read more

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE!!! I purchased an expensive bra $110+ for Christmas 2014. I took her into the store & had her measured by the Manager. At the end of March my daughter went back into the store because the underwire broke. In less than 3-months they say her cup size (2 cup sizes) grew when she's lost weight (impossible). Sold my daughter 2 bras, took the tags off so she can't exchange them, they didn't charge her tax as they were "being nice", bull$&)&, they wanted a sale out of a young naive girl. My 71-year-old mom and I went here this morning and had a wonderful experience. We've been to Night Owl and wanted to get away from downtown, trying to find good bras that fit well that aren't all terribly expensive. We wanted to try Bijou, but it's closed on Wednesdays (weird). Then tried Dawn's Bratique but was informed over the phone that they were fully booked with appointments. We would have to wait and were not allowed to simply browse and choose what we wanted to try on. Sounded pretentious and unhelpful. So we ended up here. And are glad we did. We both found excellent bras, there were a large number of sales racks with items discounted for end of season, and the service was friendly, professional and down-to Earth. The sales person spent a good amount of time helping my mom find just the right fit and also helped us both adjust the bras we already owned, because we were both wearing them too loose. An all-around excellent experience, with no pressure and a wide range of stock. Highly recommended. read more
