This is probably the busiest store and the lineup for cashier is long! However there is a positive side: When we don't find the right product or size in other stores, there is a high possibility that we find what we want at this store! I was at the West Edmonton Mall location Friday August 18, 2023 to purchase clothing for three of my children having birthdays. I was happy to be shopping and looked forward to spoiling my children with their favourite brand. My pleasant shopping experience was quickly soured by an extremely rude, associate who verbally abused me and my husband (both retired seniors) We were called up to pay by Anu (got her name from an associate) who said she could look after whoever was next. We walked up and she immediately started helping someone else. When she did decide to ring in my purchase, she didn't verbalize the total price, she simply jabbed her finger towards the visa machine like a cave man with no language. I asked her name 3 times. She refused to provide it. I then asked for the store manager and she said she WAS the manager and yelled for me and my husband to get out. She had our payment by then and instead of saying thank you or have a good day... this was her reply to our patronizing your store. "Get out!" I then mentioned that if she wouldn't provide her name, I would take a photo so that management could identify who I was speaking about. She ran towards the back of the store towards the changing rooms and yelled back at me "white privilege" in front of a huge line-up of customers. From a customers perspective her attitude is not suited to a front line customer service representative of a brand like Lulu Lemon or ANY brand really. Her rudeness was appalling. I just have to leave a review for Erin at Lululemon West Ed Mall. I was told of the quality assurance program for their product after my son was in a horrific car accident wearing his favourite joggers. He was extracted from his car and had to have them cut off by the EMT's. A friend mentioned Lulu may give him a new pair in exchange so I thought I'd give this a try. My over emotional mess of a self walked in the store with his shredded pants and Erin not only listened but she was so beyond helpful and caring. my situation was not a quality issue, but she so graciously offered to exchange the pants and waited until I made it through the long till line to personally do the exchange herself. She is not only amazing at her job, but an incredible human that listened and helped calm my very anxious heart. Erin I can't thank you enough. read more

I may be the only woman alive who doesn't like Lululemon, but I don't like Lululemon. I just find their prices to be way to high for what you get. Yes, they have nice sportswear, but not for the prices. I find Lululemon to kind of a cult and I'm not into it. I've found the same clothes, only not name brand, for so much cheaper in other places. However, I just cannot get past the price for them, as well as everything else in the store. There is barely a sale or discount on their items, making it hard to justify their prices. Every-time I go to this Lululemon location, the staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable which is noticed and much appreciated. My biggest concern is the price and quality. I have no issue paying a premium for a quality product that is durable and well-made but it seems LuLuLemon has completely gone downhill. I have a pair with pockets and the seam part has opened. It looks like it was originally held together by some type of glue. The Align leggings I bought less than a week ago are already pilling. Lastly, the Wunder Unders I bought a month ago are pilling already and feel stretched out even after following the proper washing instructions (cold water, hang dry). It's frustrating because the brand isn't what it used to be. After using up my gift cards, I likely won't return for a while. read more

I am not a very big fan of Lululemon for guys. Girls love this store and they should because it caters mostly towards them. The guys selection isn't as big and most of the guys stuff seems like it should be worn by girls. They do have some decent items for guys but that's only sometimes. I remember when this store first opened there was so much buzz around it, but now there are many other stores opening up that have more to offer.. especially for guys. Well I'm sure you all know how great this store is. I've been in there a couple of times and I really like their clothing. Their items are durable, comfortable, and pretty great for everyday, non-processional wear. They have really great sweaters that I've seen so many women wearing, but they also have stuff for the guys out there. I really like the selection of sweaters they have, lots of different colors and styles to choose from. They have some really great tight work out pants. Their largest size, I believe, is a size 12, so girls if you are a bigger size you might want to ask around to see if they carry your specific size. They have great work out bras for us ladies; they provide some really great support for the active girl. I really like their jackets also. Really great to protect you against the elements when you want to get out there and enjoy nature. They now have some really thin slickers to protect you against those spring showers (if spring ever gets here). They also have some really great hair accessories to choose from. They seem to be very popular since I've seen so many women wearing them. Their clothes and accessories seem to be a status symbol these days; like the Starbucks cup. Personally, I'm okay with that. Their clothes are really comfortable and look really great. Their store is really nice and very organized. If you need something like yoga mats you can easily find them. I had a very positive experience at lu lu lemon today at the west ed location. The store was fairly busy but multiple staff were very friendly and helpful. I went in looking a mess with 3 hours of sleep and everyone was still quite helpful. They were accommodating in finding different colours and sizes for me from the back room. Another sales person walked me through the differences in shorts. I also feel like lulu lemon has gotten better quality materials over the past year or so and now they do in store hemming which is great for someone short like me. read more

I've been to several different lululemons in Edmonton, but unfortunately, for staffing, this one lost points. The staff member I dealt with for a return was not friendly or polite and made it seem like I was a pain to deal with. First I would like to say I love LuLulemon. Unfortunately I have a sensitivity to fragrance (migraines). Today when I went into the store the scent was overwhelming. I needed a new bra so I tried to shop as quickly as possible and get out. The girl helping me told me the strong fragrance was probably from the cleaning products or the candle they sometimes burn. If you read the literature 10% of shoppers turn around and walk out of stores with strong fragrance due to scent sensitivities. This was the last time I will ever shop at this location unfortunately. I am posting this as a heads up to others like me so your day isn't ruined with an asthma attack or migraine. To management - please invest in some fragrance free cleaners and stop burning candles. read more

The lululemon store at the west Edmonton mall has the worst customer service of any store I have ever encountered. I brought my studio pants back as they were improperly hemmed ( a botched job) and the " manager" Laura who I later found out was not the manager at all told me there was nothing she could do and that I should call head office. I became upset ( with reason) as I found her very cold and unfriendly and mentioned to her that I was told if there was a problem with the hemming to bring them back. She proceeded with her next customer and I was practically in tears. It's not every day I spend 100 dollars on pants. When I asked to talk to her some more as I was not satisfied with her response she threatened to call security. I meen I'm a 5 foot tall mother of three.. Not a huge threat. It felt like that scene in pretty woman when you were being snubbed.. Then asked to leave for simply wanting to talk more. I called head office and they were quite upset by how I was treated by "Laura" and some other of the "educators" at this store. Bottom line.. Stay away from lululemon athletics at west Edmonton mall for the mere reason that they mistreat and are unfair to a select number of their customers. read more
