I could understand (but not condone) it if Aritzia was a big, prestigious brand name, but they're not. I like the way the store is set up. It's pretty practical and easy to navigate. I don't like how they make you put your stuff in lockers when you try stuff on though. I realize that it probably prevents any kind of shoplifting but it's just inconvenient and, let's be honest, weird. Aritzia is OK. One girl in particular at this location named Hannah was an absolute angel! I pulled lots of items myself and she added some to my dressing room as well. I didn't feel that need to up-sale pressure from her, it felt like she was genuinely showing me pieces I may have missed myself or that she thought I would like. I was also grateful because she was super helpful with putting items on hold for my mom to go pick up later as my birthday gift! Sadly there was one piece I couldn't find in the store so she wrote it down and mentioned to my mom how they could special order it to the store so I could pick it up once it arrived in the store. Of course, my mom thought that was a great idea and went forward with it and stuck the receipt I needed in the gift bag along with everything else. Well later we got the email stating it had arrived and right away I drove all the way to the west end from Sherwood Park and I had forgotten the receipt I needed to pick up the shirt my mom had special ordered for me. I felt like a complete idiot but luckily the girls at the counter reassured me that if someone at home could send me a picture of it that would be totally acceptable as well. So in the end I got everything I wanted and had an excellent experience at this location. Once again I just want to say thank you to Hannah for all the help she gave me! So if you ever want to be truly spoiled by customer service in Artizia, make sure to stop into this location!

I really love their jeans and found a really cool black pair of skinny jeans with black shiny accents of leather on the back pockets. I've loved her since the 80's and I never believed I would find something of hers that would come in my size. Yoink! Yes, it has skulls. And pink, But I love it anyway. The clothes are roomy and comfortable, and I fit a size smaller than I'm accustomed to. The prices are a little high for my liking, but with the Betsy Johnson I expected that. So every time I go to WEM I stop in and see what's new on the racks. Turns out my friends and my mom and sisters also love this place. If you are even the slightest bit curvy you will find clothes that fit and are tasteful and you'll feel beautiful. The staff are great too! I fell in love with a long sleeve top with flamingoes on it and bought it! I love that I can usually find my size (that isn't sold out) and just beautifully made clothes for a decent price. I am always impressed at how busy this place is too. I will continue to come back and see what this place has to offer as the seasons change.

I over heard other customers given the same bit of info without disclosing the better deals. Maybe it is just how their corporate wants to promote? Mostly heels and boots but like none you've ever seen before. The shark boots are wild! I love them. Even my mother in law has the cat heels and bag to match. Totally worth checking out. Apparently this is the only place selling them in Edmonton. The shoe and accessory section at the back of the store is fantastic. Everything is a little extra in here even the toll is covered in bling! It's a fun store. Check it out.

The light fleece jackets were discounted 75% off but they weren't very thick and warm. The sale signs were confusing as some of the racks had a sign on one side but nothing on the other. I brought a top I wanted to the cash to find out the price and was happy that it was 75% off. I only got a men's button up shirt for 60% off and only $14. Good deals on lots of different types of clothes, quality isn't great but you get what you pay for. The sales associates were doing their best to organize and sort the clothes but there was items misplaced and a little disorganized. It would be great if they installed price checkers so it's easy to know the prices without bringing them to the cash. The store wasn't very busy which was great and it was after 6PM which could have made a difference. Most of the cash registers were open and there was less than 8 people in front of us so it moved fast. Often the Old Navy in WEM has a line up to the back of the store when there's a sale. I completed the survey on the receipt and my next purchase I will get 15% off.

And when they have a sale get your butts in there fast. The staff are very friendly and extremely knowledgable in how the different brands fit; so don't hesitate to ask for their assistance. I am usually in there a few hours trying things on when i get the opportunity to shop there. I need to plan a trip to Calgary as I'm told there store is supposedly twice the size of this location. If you are shopping for anything from casual, business attire or something more dressy they carry it all. And make sure you get on their mailing lists so you know when a big sale is on. I just happened to drive past on Canada Day and noticed they were open. Everything in the store was 50% off.
