A visit to Roman's Pizzeria. My wife and I were in Miami Springs for a wedding and we decided to eat a quick lunch before heading to the reception. I never ate at this pizza restaurant, but my wife grew up in the area and Roman's has been around a while from what she told me. It was a popular joint were kids used to eat while attending the school in Miami Springs. The main product, pizza. It's good, but a good pie on the go. I have it a 3 star not due to service, I'm just picky about the pizza sauce and crispness. I'm no social media pizza guru, but I know a good tasty pizza. The service was just awesome! All in all, if you are in the area and need a quick pie that tastes good, Roman's is a good place to stop. read more

Payment process is terrible. They don't have a sign posted anyway saying that it's cash only ! Very inconvenient For customers. They only accept cash. You have to go to 7 to 11 next-door to take money out from an ATM that charges you three dollars . Now your small Pizza that you are getting charged $12and change is now $16 and change . ATM took their tip . I would've rather tip . Pizza is good but not worth the hassle . Ambience is kept clean. If they change their payment method, it would be a lot better. read more

Pros: My friends love the pizza, the garlic rolls are very delicious. I usually go for their tuna salad, sometimes they run out of toppings for it, but they still make it work. Cons: Service is very slow, so place your order about and hour and a half before you need it. read more

After reading on the news what happened to this business being that it had someone impersonate it and gave bad service I decided to support it and order my pizza from them. Ordered a pizza for pickup and after i got home i noticed one of the toppings was missing. Thinking it had to be a mistake I called to inquire and they tell me " yea we ran out ". I couldnt believe what i just had heard, i asked well couldnt of you called me and let me know so I could have ordered another? They just "yes", and didnt say anything else. At that point i just hung up the phone. I understand some previous reviews not right since it was from someone trying to impersonate this business. But this review is for the real ROMANS PIZZERIA If you decide to order from here make sure you open the box and verify your pizza before paying. As a child, was a big fan of their Hot Italian Sub but since I have not eaten meat in years cannot speak to the quality anymore. My father & son love their pizza but I always order the Manicotti. We ordered pizza from Roman's as we were staying in a nearby hotel. We were quoted 45 minutes for delivery and waited an HOUR AND A HALF. When the driver arrived he didn't even deliver it to our room but instead called us to pick up in the lobby. When I arrived in the lobby, the driver was in the driveway OUTSIDE and made me come outside to pick up my pizza, acting like I was an inconvenience the whole time. Said it would take 45mins, waited about an hour and they forgot the chicken, and basically ran away from our room and I ran down the hall unable to catch him.. we called back several times and they were extremely rude, said that's what we ordered, and hung up. Looking for goooooood pizza? Look no further. This has to be one of the best pizzas you can have. Their pizza is so fresh and delicious. My favorite one to have is the Margherita pizza. It has mozzarella, fresh tomato, and fresh basil. You wouldn't be able to tell by the location and size of the place but this small joint brings the heat. I prefer to order for pick up since the dine in area is small. There is three tables of four inside and two tables of three outside. I've also dined in and enjoyed some wine or beer with my pizza too. Their menu is pretty extensive and includes salads, Italian specialities, pasta and subs. They do delivery. It's located in a strip mall in Miami Springs. The location is very homey and you can tell the owners are really dedicated. They seem to have a lot of regulars. The wait is long but well worth it. My husband grew up in the springs, so Romans was his go to place. We have moved to the springs and were hesitant about ordering after all of these years. We ordered a pepperoni and a cheese pizza. Wow, a very sorry excuse for a self proprietary pizza joint. Straight garbage. I haven't order there for the last 3 years because they delivered my pizza an hour and a half after ordering it. It only took that long because I called to check on my order. Imagine that! Nonetheless, I ordered again this past Sunday because I was in need of pizza fix. They don't open until 1pm on a football Sunday. On aside note, the Dolphins are awful, so I understand the schedule. but if you're going to open at 1pm on a Football Sunday, just close for the day and go spend time with your family . Long story short, my pizza wasn't ready in the time 30-45 minutes. When we went to pick up our order, it wasn't ready nor was it started. Another 30 minutes before our order was ready for pick up. Don't waste your time with this, "hit and miss all most all the time" pizza spot. Pizza sauce is straight canned with some so called flavoring, mostly oregano. Customer service is an option at this place. The employees are as good as the person that runs this place. To the individuals that own this place, here is a bit of advice, give it up! You don't care what anyone thinks or cares about you cash business. Go buy and island somewhere and be the person you are at your business . There is one in the keys for 17.6 million. We called and ordered an extra large pizza and after an hour and a half and 3 phone calls asking where they are or asking for our address again, they finally showed up with what appeared to be a undercooked, small, pizza. We also asked for 2 sides of ranch that we didn't receive. The delivery driver asked us to meet in the parking lot and proceeded to only give back $10 when given a $50 bill.
