One of these trucks attempted to steal my mustang not long ago, I own the car, and I DID NOT call a tow truck. This was at 1am. Luckily I was outside and they drove off as fast as possible. The company stickers are tiny and dark red, not visible at night. These guys have a chop shop, I'm sure they stole the harley f150 from tyler a while back as well... DO NOT USE THEM! If I could give them zero stars, I would. Not only did they unnecessarily drag my vehicle out of my driveway, they caused damage to my property. Then add insult to injury, I had to come up here twice to get my personal property. They had already taken my family's property out of the vehicle and things were missing. Luckily, I had a tracker in my car. For the missing items, it's more about the principle than the monetary value. They shouldn't be touching people's things in the first place. The person I talk to was extremely rude, they were talking to me through the door, would not open it. I explained to them that everything had been paid for a settled with my bank I didn't owe anything. I asked would it be okay if I could just retrieve my vehicle since I was already near the area they told me no I would have to come the next day to get it. So I asked if i could get my wallet out of the car, they told me to give them a second. The lady then opened the door with my wallet in her hand. I am curious to know how they got in my car?? When she handed me my wallet it was open with my cards hanging out of it. While i was talking to her mid sentence she slammed the door in face while saying come back tomorrow. This place is highly unprofessional. I think they need to be investigated. They also have signs on the fence saying that there guard dogs could kill you and they wouldn't be responsible if you died, that strange and very unwelcoming. read more

Couldn't get ahold of the company for a month. As much as I hated the experience itself, I had to go retrieve personal belongings from the car I had bought for my son right before he got sick with Covid. Needless to say he was out of work and I couldn't make his payment in time so the car got repoed. The staff was honestly wonderful. I was embarrassed and so upset with myself, and the young lady there helped me with getting the stuff out of the car. He left quite a bit of junk in the car-including my wedding dress from where I had to move and he transported it in his car, so it could be stored. I was horrified when I realized it had been in the car. But it was there, safe and sound. As was my son's driver's license and wallet, debit cards, Apple Watch, iphone, so on, etc. I wish I knew the lady's name, but she knows who she is. Due to unfortunate circumstances I know they are only doing their job. However, my belongings were damaged and my money i left in my vehicle was not given to me. They charge you to retrieve your belongings the least they can do is give you everything the way they found it. The main lady that answers the phone is very nice. read more

These people chose to come on my companies property to do a repo. Never showed paperwork and entered the facility without permission. I read the reviews from before and they are absolutely right. They charged $21.65 for storage and INCLUDE the days they are not operational. This is the stupidest thing I've ever heard. They even charged for Black Friday when in fact I had everything paid and COULD pick it up THAT DAY. It would only make sense to charge for the days they are operational. On top of this they charged $70 for a personal belongings fee. For what? To simply bag and tag. This business and whoever owns it are nothing, but crooks looking to make money any way they can. If I could give this place zero stars I would. First they are VERY unprofessional. The owner Krystal is rude and shows just how unprofessional and uneducated she really is. I understand they have a job to do but there is no need to be rude. They clean out the car for you, so there is no guarantee you will get all of your items. They then try to charge you $75 dollars for a service you did not ask they provide. I received my bags with a few items missing, nothing I can't replace or otherwise I would have spoken with a lawyer. They assume everyone is as uneducated as they are and don't know their rights. If something of value is missing, they claim it was left in the car for the lien holder. First of all WRONG. The lien holder is only interested in the car not your personal items that are of no value to them. Unfortunately most people don't know this, so don't be fooled. If something is missing, you can guarantee one of their shady employees stole it. They have a gun up front like that's supposed to intimidate people. It's Texas and if you're like me, you have CHL license. I will be filing a report with the BBB as writing reviews on any platform and social media. I will also take my concerns to the news stations. I have no other option but to assume this company is run by or is employing a den of thieves. My vehicle was towed by them, due to my own fault, but when I went to recover my vehicle not all of my belongings that were in the vehicle were returned. I'm sure it was a mere coincidence that all of the things returned had little to no value but ALL of the electronics and tools were not. An iPhone, iPad, an expensive vape mod, a 99 piece Craftsman socket set, keys to my company van and shop, 2" ball hitch and a cup my step daughter gave me for Christmas are just the things off the top of my head that were kept by them. I tried for several days to reach the owner but he/she would dodge my calls and was too cowardly to return my call which in my eyes is further proof of guilt.
