    [MUST READ] Before…read moreI write this review on Mega Motors in Dallas, Texas, everything is 100% factual and honest with documentations, testimonial/witnesses, and me being out of a car. I purchased a 2016 Chevy Cruise 3 weeks ago and automatically had problems with the car. The sensor was bad, the motor was bad, the timing chain was off, ignition was bad. There were several things wrong with the vehicle. I took it to two mechanics (good friends of mine) and that's how I knew it was no good. They told me to take it back IMMEDIATELY. I begged the car lot for more information on my car once I took it back. They stated that nothing was wrong. The car didn't start after a week, the hood kept smoking, the alarm would go off randoml, etc. So, how is there not anything wrong with it?? The car completely died and wouldn't turn on which resulted in me paying almost $400 to get it towed back to the lot. To this day, they STILL couldn't tell me what was wrong with the car (even though my two good mechanical friends told me what was). Safe to say, Mega Motors can't be trusted. They lack customer service, honesty, and integrity. I'm out of $2700 because of people who dont care about customer. Please stay away.

    Sergio Gallegos was the dealer who helped my husband get the car we have right now, UNPROFESSIONAL…read moreASS PEOPLE !!! if i could leave a negative stars i would i don't recommend getting a car from here, we've had our car for two weeks, its is IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of anyone and if they do answer they're rude as!! my husband has been calling non stop to get a hold of sergio due to the fact he didn't send any information to pay the the car to my husband email he claims he did and that my husband should of gotten it but there's NOTHING! anyways the day to pay the car comes around we live 2 1/2 hours away, we both work everyday! so the best thing for us is to pay online as most people do now in days... but we can't cause we have no info on our account and it requires an account number for the payment, we were aware if you don't pay they SHUT OFF THE VEHICLE!!! which is insane cause a day or two isn't as bad as a MONTH OR TWO now that's when they should consider shutting off the vehicle! this morning we woke up to our car shut off ! insane ast! RONT RECOMMEND GOING HERE STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMING ASS COMPANY !! they will be getting sued cause all of this shit is ridiculous all of this would of been prevented if they did there part !!

Car was bought on July 6…read more(Thursday) by July 10 (Monday) the car was overheating and was taking to the dealership for repair. Was told since an appointment wasn't made, I had to wait until an opening before my car could be seen. Seriously? How is this not a priority since the car was bought 4 days earlier. This becoming more infuriating as there was no communication between Sales and Service after Sales said they would make this a priority. Margarita finally said that if someone canceled their appointment that the car would get in. Car was looked at on Thursday and stated it was the thermostat. Repairs were put in place and car was picked up on Friday only to be returned the same day for overheating! Between the lack of communication, the lack of professionalism, failure in policies for cars that have been sold and come back with issues within the fist 7 days. Not to mention, they do not service cars over the weekend. No one is taking responsibility for this car's failure after money was put down. You call their corporate office and they are no help- the transfer you back to the dealership. A vicious cycle of lies, no accountability, no assistance, no real results. The sales and service manager could not give their boss' name at corporate which seem odd and suspicious. A report has been filed with Better Business Bureau because they need to investigated thoroughly for the business they are conducting.
