I recently hired Romanoff Renovations to install new carpet in our living room, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From start to finish, they were absolutely top-notch. Scheduling was easy, and true to their word, the installation team showed up right on time. They were incredibly professional, courteous, and respectful of our home. They got straight to work, and it was clear they knew exactly what they were doing. The installation itself was flawless. The carpet looks amazing, and they completed the job exactly as expected and within the estimated timeframe. They also left the room clean and tidy, which was much appreciated. If you're looking for reliable, professional, and skilled carpet installers, I highly recommend Romanoff Renovations. We will definitely be using them again for any future flooring needs. Five stars all the way! read more

This company was very professional beginning with Lisa who confirmed the appointment and sent me a text with all the things we needed to do before the installers got there. The only thing left off the list was turning the heat on to warm the bare floor for the carpet being laid. Mauricio was lead on the project and he was professional and efficient. He and I did a walk thru then went out to the truck to make sure the order was correct. I was shocked at how quickly they took the laminate up in 3 rooms and the hallway and laid the pad and carpet, then vacuumed it all. The final touch was Clorox wiping all the doorknobs on doors they removed and put back on. My daughter loves the look and her new condo is much cozier now. Thank you Romanoff. read more

This was my first time using Romanoff Renovations thru Home Depot, and they did an EXCELLENT job! We replaced the old carpet in the daylight basement with new carpeting from Home Depot. The installers (Pepe & his helper) arrived on time, quickly removed the old carpet & padding, fully cleaned the concrete floor of debris & dust, and then proceeded in laying the new padding & carpeting very professionally. After the installation, they vacuumed the new carpet to pick up any fluff or carpet remains, and cleaned other areas that were affected during the install. I will definitely use them again when I update other areas of my home. read more

The installers arrived promptly at the time that they indicated that they would and finished the job in about 4 hours. They removed all of the carpet and padding from the whole house and disposed of it. Then they cleaned the wood floors and installed the new padding and the new carpet. I watched them work and can say that the 3 man crew worked hard and worked well together. After finishing the installation they vacuumed the entire job and left things clean. They also removed my furniture and replaced it with no damage to the furniture or the walls. The workers were polite and communicated well with me too. read more

The new LVP flooring installed by the Romanoff Team looks amazing. The installers were prompt, courteous, and efficient. The team also installed new floor molding which has really nice mitered corners and finished off the look wanted with the beautifully install flooring. Romanoff Renovations was the Home Depot supplied flooring installation company; and, due to delays in completion of the kitchen remodel (Home Depot issues), were very flexible in rescheduling three times!!! Phone conversations with every person I needed to speak with at Romanoff was pleasant, professional, and accurate information provided. read more

Great experience! Once my carpet install was scheduled they called several times to ensure the details and ask if there were any questions, concerns, or requests pertaining to my job. I also got text reminders leading up to the install date. I was alerted when they were on their way, they arrived at the beginning of the time window. David (the lead) and his assistant were very professional, politie, organized, and helpful. the work was completed quickly, neatly, and the quality of their work is outstanding! I was total impressed with this companies attention to customers service and professional installation. This company called when it said it would. Made contact the day before the installation. Gave me all the information I needed to properly prepare for the carpet installation. The installation crew arrive within the window I was told the day before. The crew was polite, worked together, and completed the job in a timely manner. The experience I had from the date of purchase to the date on completion was 5 star. BRAVO to a company that does things right. read more

3 carpet installers arrived on time. They worked very hard from 9- 5 & completed the job. so far I think the job was completed perfectly, no issues at this time. The only thing I would say is....we live on a farm, north of Seattle....it has been very rainy, muddy, with very soggy ground. I believe when people are working in your home they definitely need to lay down some type of floor protection!!!....they were in & out of the wet all day long, so obviously a lot of debris gets tracked in. read more

same experience as the other reviewers. HD has this as the only carpet installer. During old carpet removal dust was going everywhere so asked to vacuum instead of sweep or put plastic barrier. The installer, Chris Breuer, was argumentative and threatened to leave the job. After talking to his manager they left the job mid way. My house is a mess. Aren't these ground for suing Romanoff Renovations, they come to my property, mess it up (half done job) and leave with a few rooms in turmoil? read more

We had the best experience and highly recommend Romanoff! They have excellent customer service and our installers were top-notch. Nick and Lawrence installed tile floors in 3 rooms and did beautiful work (tile had a pattern, so the work was extremely intricate). Not only are they true craftsman, and overall good guys, but they are true professionals. From start to finish the process was seamless. If I could rate more than 5 stars, I would. read more

Had full house of carpet (2600 sq ft home) installed through Home Depot with this company. Excellent communication, friendly staff. Showed up on time and worked hard all day to tear out the old and install the new and finished the whole project in one day. New carpet looks amazing and they worked with me on the transition strips since I didn't want those cheap metal ones. Froilan and his team were AMAZING! read more

OMG, amazing work! They were so respectful of our space, and were friendly and communicative throughout the install process. They were flexible when some of our requests hadn't made it into the original contract, and demonstrated great skill for some bonus finishing work with our baseboards. They FAR exceeded our expectations both for quality of work and their efficiency. Cannot recommend this team enough. read more

Romanoff was contracted by Home Depot. Before the instillation date they kept me informed as to what was going on. The 2 installers who did my flooring did an awesome job.
