Mike refused to send a corrected order, claiming I live too far away (I'm 10 minutes away), and continued pushing a credit instead of making the order right. He even blamed Vocelli's ordering issue on a "third-party app," despite me ordering through Vocelli's website. When I asked for a refund, he said he'd "try."
