I don't understand the crappy reviews. This place is delicious! Got a large pepperoni and sausage pizza, boneless garlic wings and breadsticks. All of it was absolutely amazing! My SO and I walked in and our food was done in record time. We put our tailgate down on our truck and ate there. The sausage had an amazing flavor to it. I normally dislike sausage (SO likes it) but it was yummy! The pizza was thick and had plenty of toppings. Their breadsticks were great too! Tons of flavor and you get plenty with your order. For the second time, my order was messed up. I ordered directly through the Vocelli website, not a third-party app. The video I posted shows exactly what appeared on my end. I ordered the Big Italian with hot honey, but my order arrived without the hot honey. I called and spoke with the manager, Mike, who seemed completely uninterested in fixing the issue and only offered a store credit. He repeatedly claimed the receipt showed "no hot honey," implying this was my mistake. However, as the video shows, there was no option for me to select "no hot honey." I simply selected the crust and added the item to my cart. Instead of resolving the problem and giving me what I paid for, Mike argued with me, repeatedly blaming me and insisting that was what I ordered. His response was dismissive and frustrating, and the conversation escalated because he would not listen when I clearly stated multiple times: I want what I paid for. Mike refused to send a corrected order, claiming I live too far away (I'm 10 minutes away), and continued pushing a credit instead of making the order right. He even blamed Vocelli's ordering issue on a "third-party app," despite me ordering through Vocelli's website. When I asked for a refund, he said he'd "try." At the end of the day, I wanted the order I paid for, not excuses, blame, or an argument. Good customer service means fixing mistakes, not blaming customers and offering credits as a default solution. After this happening for the second time, and after the way this was handled, I will not order from here again and would warn others to go elsewhere. Placed an order at 8:41 PM for delivery. At 9:28 PM, I got a call saying it came through as pick-up (it didn't). They switched it to delivery. At 10:03 PM, the driver called saying he was at my door -- he wasn't, he was across town at a hotel. I gave him the correct address (already on my account). By 10:27 PM, still no food. When I called the store, the employee was rude, blamed me for entering the wrong info, and even said I "wasn't getting anything free." I never asked for anything free -- I just wanted my food and to file a complaint. This was a terrible experience. My order should have been refunded, but instead I was disrespected. I will not be ordering from here again. My money (and my grandson's love for pizza) will be going to Papa John's -- better food, and better service. read more

Had Vocelli's last night for the first time in a while and it was so good! We had the pickup special, 2 colossal pizzzas (18") for $30 + tax. Can't beat the price in Washington. Other pizza places charge that for one XL pizza. This pizza tasted far better than I remember- The crust seems to be thinner on the bigger pies; the last time I got a smaller pizza and it seemed really doughy. read more

1. The food there is always prepared the way i want it, and it taste the same every time. Now that they are under new management it some how taste even better :-) 2. What is there to complain about they said my order was about 10 min wait and by the time i came back to the store it was ready. Hot stuff Hot, Cold Stuff cold. 3. I always go to the Vocellis, everytime I go I always get a pizza and wings. I usually get the Hot Vesuvius wings this time I got half those and half mango habanero,they were amazing and the girls who work there are always so friendly and nice and are very helpful! I order food from here often. Last night I recently ordered food the order was placed about 12am the store didn't close until 1am. I paid with card so it was already paid for yet nobody showed up with my pizza. I called them soon as they opened and a lady said they would check to see about giving back credits for it and that was it. Nothing happened so I called back later on and explained the situation again, and this time the lady said there was nothing they can do. So I'm just beat on my food and my money. I have always liked their pizza and wings but on Friday I ordered takeout and I have been being so careful because of the pandemic but when I went to pick up my food I entered wearing a mask as required and there was a customer inside ordering with no mask. They should not have allowed him inside without a mask. At least half of the people working there didn't have mask on either. Special Orders. When you ask for a thin crust double bacon double peperoni pizza, they pile it high and your box will be soaked with grease. Probably one of the best pizzas I've ever had. Their website is pretty cool and you can customize your pizza to your liking there. They deliver anywhere in Wash and some of the outskirts. When I want pizza that's going to please everyone I get papa johns, but when I'm ordering for the boys I get Vocelli. Cons: Dried stick like bread sticks.
