Okay so I finally found my grooming people. This lovely young, cool couple team are so lovely, warm. funny, kind and they actually appear to truly love animals (what a concept for a groomers!) Not only are they people that if you met at a party and chatted with them would you say to yourself on the drive home, "Glad I ended up going out" but they are ridiculously good at what they do. The wife has 5 years grooming experience with a chain and the competence shows. Our dog took a skunk facial to the face and chest and I had yelp put out the bat signal. I didn't even check their reviews. When our dog saw them he tried to flee. After they spent two hours going to town, when he came back, not only was the smell undetectable after they finished, but they also managed to remove the PRIOR skunking from 9 months prior that was STILL wafting about AND my dog loved them. Afterwords when we were chatting I learned that they have 35 ree-vewe write-ups that they can see but the site is holding back. Wtf? That's messed up that this place witholds on a legit business as competent as this? If my review doesn't make up Ima be livid because why should i waste my time giving my opinion. read more

WOW!!!!! Making an appointment was so easy! I've known Raylynn since she worked at Petsmart and she really knows how to take care of both people and their pets! Best grooming experience I've ever had. My pup has ALWAYS been terrified and reluctant for the groomers until we met her. The best part is she offers mobile services but will let you come to her if you want to save money without sacrificing quality. Best groomers ever. I really appreciate all of the ways they're able to accommodate, from dates and times to work with my schedule to what works best financially. I'm not ashamed to admit I am very particular about my grooming standards, and they hit the mark. All of the undercoat was gently removed and the coat was entirely fluffed and cut to perfection in my eyes. They take their time and are as meticulous as I am. Saved my Thanksgiving this year. I totally forgot to book in advance amongst the chaos and found myself scrambling. Roman's was very fast to respond and got us in the next day. I knew it was a long shot but decided to ask if they did cats and they were not only able to do a phenomenal haircut on my dog, but bathed and trimmed my cats nails as well. Raylyn did such an amazing job grooming my Australian Shepherd! She responds very quickly and is super easygoing and personable. You could tell she really loves animals and can build trust with them pretty effortlessly. My Aussie recently had patella surgery so we needed to get him cleaned, de-matted, and even out his post-surgery buzz cut as much as possible. Raylyn did exactly that plus more! This is my first mobile grooming experience and I'm not at all disappointed. I've taken my dog to a few salons and she's always really scared and none of her past haircuts have been the greatest, which I assumed was because of her nervousness, but I saw through the window at the last groomers that they were pulling her around the table and hurting her. He struggles with anxiety and I could tell right away they are good energy and would handle him with care. They truly took their time with him and he came out feeling good and looking amazing! We just got a new dog that badly needed a grooming. The response I received from Roman's was immediately and she was able to come out the next day. Our new pup had a lot of matting and bald spots but you would never know because of the great cut he received. Our pup was treated gently and with great care.
