From my very first inquiry, Easton quickly arranged an in-person consultation, and Heidi was always just a text away! Both were incredibly friendly, personable, patient, and accommodating as I shared my ideas for custom vinyl gates and had so many questions about fence specifics. They happily answered all my questions and helped bring my vision to life! Although scheduling took a little longer due to their busy calendar, the results were absolutely worth the wait! Our installers, Jose and Juan, were fantastic! Their attention to detail was impressive, and I especially appreciated how they kept me involved throughout the installation. Our two custom gates and two fences turned out BEAUTIFULLY, and we've received so many compliments! The quality, craftsmanship, and customer service made this such a positive experience from start to finish. The customization possibilities are endless, and I'll definitely be returning for future projects! Highly recommend GOOD FENCE CO for exceptional quality, value, and genuinely wonderful people! UPDATE 11/19/25: My neighbor wanted to replace the fence…read morebetween our yards using his fence guy but since we were splitting the cost I decided to call my fence guy (Dave the Fence Specialist) for a quote and to give him the opportunity to win the project. Just like the first project, Dave was extremely responsive and his quote ended up being much better than my neighbors fence guy. My neighbor also wanted to perfectly match the vinyl fence he had installed previously on the other side of his yard and Dave just took one look at a photo and instantly knew the brand name and color and was able to get that material while still honoring the quote. So we went with Dave. While Dave was completing the fence my neighbor was having some major renovation work done in his home and he had a lot of contractors out there at the same time. Daves work and professionalism impressed the other contractors who were out there too, so much so that my neighbor said they (the other contractors) plan on calling Dave for their fence work as well. That's how you know Dave is good - he's the contractor that other contractors call when they need fencing done! Thanks again Dave!

You will not find a more cost competitive company while getting amazing service, the highest quality materials and top notch installation. The co-owners, Gabriela (office) and Juan (team lead), and their crew are so easy to work with and assure your total satisfaction through the whole process - they care and their craftsmanship is top notch. Ortiz is highly rated, fully licensed with excellent warranties on their install and a product warranty backed by a high-quality manufacturer. I ran a bid process across 4 companies large to local for a multi-neighbor vinyl fencing project. i used recommendations from a neighbor's property management company, a prior fence company I had used along with finding Ortiz through current research. Ortiz was the clear winner! Ortiz outbid one easily, was the same per foot cost as a larger fence company (Ortiz offered superior product, service and install), and beat a highly rated local company offering $2 less per foot whose customer pictures looked great but pictures are deceiving (that many homeowners would not catch). This one lower cost company uses inferior, less durable 11 1/2 in panels which did not have the UV, weather protection of the high quality manufacturer used by Ortiz. Do not be fooled.

Juan and his team showed up early each day and worked the entire day. We requested a horizontal fence for our front yard with small spacing. Juan tore everything down, started all over again, and cut the planks to the exact size. We so appreciate the attention to detail, hard work, and making sure that we were happy with all aspects of the work.
