I have been using this company for about a year for repairs in my industrial building. In late…read moreOctober I had a technician come out. He spent less than an hour looking around and couldn't find the problem, I received an invoice for $500 About a month later (next rain) the leak was worse. I had them come back out. They charged me $557 to spend another hour or so looking for the problem and said they still aren't sure if it is fixed. In my book, if you didn't do a thorough enough job the first time, you shouldn't be charging a second time for a job that wasn't done right in the first place. I called to discuss this and was offered a $50 discount. I will be seeking a new roofing company for future repairs

From the initial inspection to final completion Woolbright's Roofing was phenomenal…read more After receiving wind and water damage, my insurance appraiser said it was only my valley that caused my two room ceilings to get wet. They told me overall my roof was fine and to get the valley repaired. Jeremy came out and inspected my roof. Yes, the valley did cause my two rooms ceilings to get wet but I had broken, missing and sliding tiles. He took photos and a through drawing of all the issues I had with my roof. Communication with Karen and Taryn was exceptional. They got me scheduled right away and were able to answer all my questions and concerns. Jeremy and the crew came out and went above and beyond. They were so through from removing the roofing tiles, laying down new felt, fixing ALL my valleys (at my request), replacing the broken and missing tiles, placing everything back and cleaning up. Woolbright's Roofing provided me with a portfolio for my record of all the work they did from beginning to end. I highly recommend this company for your roofing issues.

FULL DISCLOSURE- This review is based on customer service only and my experience alone…read more We will not be using this company due to lack of communication and eagerness to do business. We contacted this company based on reviews and us being in the market to upgrade our sliders(back on August 20th). I submitted a quote and it didnt take long for me to get a quick response back from shirley. We did our best to explain what we were looking for and what our time line was, however since it was "close" to them closing they couldnt stay on the phone to do business so Jeff the owner asked us to send him photos and blueprints of our house to get an idea on whether or not our project was feasible. We sent everything over almost immediately after hanging up the phone with them.. Almost a week goes by and we dont hear anything from them, so I decide to call back and ask if they received our photos. Shirley picks up and I had to explain to her again who i was and why I was calling. She tells me that they did receive them but put it in the back burner for some reason. Again, this was close to closing time(3pm. They close at 5)so Jeff quickly gets on the phone and shuts down our project pretty much immediately. Hmm? So I tell him I would like to go another direction with our project if possible. So I give him a quick description and he tells me he will send out the info to some company that's out of state and will get back to me(this was on the 25th of august and it is now September 1st) we still haven't received anything from them. Im not sure if they think we arent serious or they are just way too busy. But a phone call or an email isn't hard to do. The fact that both times they(shirley) kept mentioning they are getting ready to leave, gave me a feeling our business isn't that important to them. Fortunately for us there are other note worthy companies out there with the same if not better reviews. Who has gotten back to us with the same pictures and description of our project that we sent them. We may only be one consumer with a negative review but I'll be sure this company wont be the first one I suggest on the list of companies to use.
