I had a horrible experience with Rollos Solutions. This was my first experience with them and it was a follow up from AAA replacing my battery the day before. Before going into Rollos Solutions called first to compare prices with other shops across the city. I was quoted $560 which was less than A-Z's $570 quote to replace my alternator. I was told it would take 2 hours and could be picked up the same day (this was around 3pm). I called an hour after leaving my car to be worked on wanting an update and another confirmation on timing and when I should plan to be back to the shop to pick up my car. I was told my car would be ready between 5:30-6pm but closer to 6pm on Saturday. I called an Uber around 6:00 and was on the way to the shop to pick up my car when I get a call saying the mechanic is leaving and taking all of the parts and that my car was not ready and is going to take longer because "there are a lot of parts to take out"...the problem is they knew what kind of car I had when I was quoted a time the first and the second time. I wasted money on Ubers (one being an uber to the shop cause they told me it would be ready but wasn't). This leads me to believe that when I called around 4pm to check on progress my car wasn't even touched because had they touched it it they would've known it was more that 2-hours worth of work. Fast forward to them not working on Sunday, they said the earliest they can have it done is Monday before noon. I reluctantly agreed and noon rolls around and my car was still not done. My car didn't get done till around 2:30pm and when I got there the price was $650 instead of the $560 I was quoted and they refused to give more than $20 off. Oh and by the way there's also a card fee. Overall am pissed and will never be back or recommend their service. I paid more and was lied to many times about how long it would take and how much it would cost. I should've took my money and business elsewhere as soon as they said the mechanic was leaving with the parts. I should've had them leave my keys and I should have picked it up Saturday and took it somewhere else. read more

Went there just a couple days ago for a patch job on my 19" Continental ContiContact 5 SSR and I was happy to find out that it holds air just fine. If anyone wondered why I mentioned the specific tire brand, it's because the tire is a run-flat and it's about $360 each (before tax and shipping fee) from TireRack.com At some point I will buy some replacement tires (only about 6000 miles on this tire) but for now I am happy to report patching your run-flat is okay. Rollo's got me and out within 25 minutes, no complaints. However let me just say I would be a little bit more pleased if the guys behind the counter can say "hi, can I help you" and automatically come up and assist. Instead I had to try my best to make eye contacts with 2-3 dudes with all their heads either looking at the screens or too busy chatting with the ladies. Honestly guys, I know it's 5:30pm and it was toward the end of the day, but please be a little bit more responsive would be appreciated. read more

My wheels vibrated after being balanced by another shop with a conventional balancer. Rollos has Hunter Road Force Touch balancer, which I had heard was good for difficult balancing jobs. They did get them balanced for $25 per wheel, which I think is fair. What I found to be disappointing, was that after I specifically asked them to mount the better tires on the rear, they mounted them on one side. I am surprised that they do not know the current industry standard. read more

Where else can you get loaner wheels while they take their time fixing your rims? Totally worth the wait of a few days to know they are doing an exquisite job. I've had one of my rims done before by another company and you could completely tell it was resurfaced after. Even cared enough to put the lug bolts! These look as smooth as new. Rollo's definitely came through in the clutch for me. My driver side front wheel was in bad shape. There was rash on the outside, more rash on the inside, and even a hairline crack that prevented my tire from staying inflated. After calling Rollo's for a quote, I decided to give them a shot. They quoted me $175 on the phone, which was pretty reasonable, considering the damage. I drove to their shop, and someone directed me on where to park. Their waiting room was adequate, and I was able to relax while they examined my wheel to give me a more accurate quote. Their final quote was $200, which was acceptable to me. As others have said, they provided me with a loaner wheel. They put my tire on the loaner wheel, although the loaner wheel came from a different vehicle. It was adequate enough for me to get back home, but I would advise against heavy driving on the loaner wheels. Overall, the process took 3-4 business days. They took my wheel on a Friday morning, and it was ready the following Wednesday afternoon. The curb rash was gone, and my rim looks like new again. Be aware you might be waiting 30-60 minutes each trip for them to mount/dismount your wheel/loaner. Other than that, I highly recommend them for wheel repair. read more

I was very disappointed in the way my wheels looked after being on the car since they were new. They were beat up and paint pealing off in big sheets. I was almost ready to buy a new car when a friend recommended Rolo's Solutions. So I called them and they gave me a quote and I took my car in. I had to pay the entire bill at the time I left the wheels. They gave me some loaner wheels and off I went. My only issue with them was when I initially called them I was told they were not busy and the wheels would be ready in about a week. So on the promised date I called to go have my wheels installed and they gave me a new date which ended up being three different promised days only to be told when I called "no, not today." It took nearly two weeks to have the work completed. However in the end the work appears to be excellent and the wheels look like the day I bought the car. Fantastic. So I have used alloy wheel repair on bissonet/59 a few years back and they did a very mediocre job on fixing an alloy wheel... the wheel was still bent.. just slightly less bent... almost like they hammered out the bends for $75 and did such a poor job and yelled at me when I complained it was still wobbling on the machine.. the owner said no wheel is perfect and they all wobble After getting numerous recommendations, I tried Rollos and after my wheel was straightened.. they road forced balanced it and spun it while sticking a pen next to the wheel to show me how good of a job they did.. the wheel looked incredible when finished... you can't even tell it was straightened... the employees are very friendly as well.. they even checked my tire pressure, gave me a spare to ride on, reset my tpms....they really know how to treat their customers like a king.. I highly recommend them... they aren't cheap but it was worth every penny read more

Rollo's Solutions was a very professional and convenient answer to my problem. I thought that I had a flat, so I put on the spare and took my wheel to Firestone. Firestone told me that the tire was fine and that it was the rim that was cracked and leaking air. I soon discovered that the price for a new rim from Mercedes would be 800 dollars and that Chinese knock off rims off of eBay were a disaster waiting to happen. Firestone told me that they could refurbish my rim like new, but I did not want a rim with a welded crack, or to drive around on my spare. My friends recommended Rollo's Solutions where I met with their rep Phelix. Phelix explained that they could have a temporary rim and tire installed for me while they order a refurbished rim. This option would leave my with a spare in the trunk in case of another blowout. Phelix also explained that they only refurbish rims that have not been cracked. Making me feel more secure than the Firestone option. The entire job cost me under 200 dollars, and although there are companies selling refurbished rims on the Internet, the fact is after having the tire put back on and balanced and the shipping it would come out to about the same price and you won't get the temporary cutesy wheel. I pulled the tire off went up there, they said 10 minutes, we went to Starbucks, came back it was finished, while we paid, they put it in the back of the car for us and we were on our way! Had my front motorcycle rim repaired. Put it on the bike, got to the end of my driveway and had terrible death wobble. Non of the spokes were tightend. Returned to store to get the problem fixed. I got to putting the wheel on today and it did not spin true. I checked the spokes, and they had only tightened 8 of the 32 spokes on the rim. The rest required multiple turns to get tight. This is unacceptable and could have very easilly caused an accident. This will be brought to managment's attention. I will be contacting a reputable shop to fix this problem. Took a bent rim for my 2013 Lexus GS 350 F Sport and I'm highly satisfied. They repaired the rim and painted it in 4 days. The rim is gunmetal grey and they painted It to match the other wheels perfectly. I highly recommend this shop for repairs. I was a little worried at first but they did an awesome job. TERRIBLE SERVICE. I DONT RECEMMEND ANNYONE TO GO HERE. I brought my own tires and wheels to be mounted and was in trunk of my SUV. Just before I arrive there I noticed I had a screw on my driver side tire. I told the front desk I would like to have my tires switched and to check a screw that is embedded in my SUV. I waited patiently for almost 1hr before they touch my rims and tires. It was 715pm when they got done switching my tires. I was even being helpful by putting up my tires in the trunk of the SUV. I told the workers they didn't check the tire on the SUV yet. They acted like they didn't understand me and said "we are closed at 7pm." I paid already and they didn't even do the service right. I went to the front desk to complain and just said "sorry we got busy." I got here before 6pm and waited patiently for my tires to get mounted and balanced but they couldn't check the screw on my tire on the SUV. I'm a nurse and it's busy all the time but I don't say to the patients sorry my shift is over I can't help you. No I stay to get the job done. Terrible business and won't recommend anyone to got back. I was a returning customer that came I for the same service too. There are other tires shops that are better than this like Costco, NTB, Tirerack, USA wheel and tires. Anything else is better than Rollos Solutions. The other day I was driving down Richmond when I randomly got a flat. I had no idea where to go, but I saw Rollos and decided it was my best option at that point. I was so impressed with how friendly they were and the fact that they had my tire in stock. I swear when I try to get my tires changed at Discount Tire, they always have to order it. By no means do I drive a fancy or odd car. They should have my tire in stock. Any ways, Rollos had my tire in stock and installed it for a reasonable price. Because they were near closing time, I left my car overnight. When I came back to retrieve my car, they remembered my name and knew what car I drove. Very impressed.
