I had taken my previously "repaired" wheel to another shop to have it fixed, but they botched the job so bad. I came into Rollo's for them to take another look-see and see if they could actually repair my wheel. Let's start with the things I didn't like about Rollo's: They UNDERESTIMATE everything: I took my car in on a Saturday morning when there were only two cars in the bay - one was leaving as I pulled into the bay. I had told the staff that I wanted for them to check for bends first. He said it was going to take 30 minutes to check. It was OVER AN HOUR before they were done "checking" the majority of this time was spent having my car sitting in the bay not being looked at. However, during this time other customers came and went and they were being helped first. Granted that they don't charge anything to "check" but I became a customer anyway because there is a bend to be fixed. Also, once they found the bend they said it would take 20 minutes to put the wheels back on the car so I could leave. Really? 20 minutes to put four wheels on a car? And guess what? This 20 minutes turned into 35 minutes; again, because my wheels were just sitting on the ground. So instead of somebody taking the five minutes it required to put wheels on the car, they had people worked on others' cars first. And finally, they told me that the wheel would be ready for pick up by Monday. I, of course, asked what time it would be ready. The guy told me 3:00 pm. However, when Monday came around, I didn't show up until a little past 4. And as I was making my way into the office from my car, I could see my wheel just sitting on the ground. The tire hadn't even been put on the wheel yet. When the workers saw me, I could see one of them started working on my wheel from inside the office while I was waiting to be helped. Of course, the man behind the counter told me that it was going to be a few minutes until my wheel ready (I was there probably about 30-35 minutes total). Also, there's about a one inch spot on my wheel where the paint was damaged. Not cool, dude. Now let's get to the things that Rollo's did right. After spending money and time at a different repair shop that didn't get my wheel fixed; Rollo's actually managed to repair the bend that I had on my wheel and the additional damaged caused by the other shop. The morning after I had received my wheel back, I got on the freeway and drove up to around 77-78 mph and didn't feel any vibration/shaking in my steering wheel. Prior to the repair, my steering wheel would start shaking at around 65-70 mph. When you check into Rollo's on Yelp, you get 15% off repairs. I was quoted $125 to fix my wheel, but after the Yelp coupon, my total was a little over $106 with tax. However, it took some doing to get the coupon working since the person who was originally helping me didn't seem to know anything about the Yelp coupon. Last but not least, they put a loaner wheel on my car while mine was being repaired. I appreciated the fact that I didn't have to drive around on a spare wheel. I'm happy with the repair work done on my wheel, but I'm obviously unhappy about all the unnecessary wait time and having my car just sitting in the bay and not being looked at while they helped other customers who came in after me. Would I be back? Absolutely, if I need another repair. But at least, next time around I know better than to trust anything they tell me when it comes to the wait time. I'd just drop off my car and walk to Roostar or something and chill there. They can call me whenever they're ready for me. read more

RIP OFF ALERT ! The tires are over 80% used only 30% below brand new price ! The used tire they installed is 3-4/32" thread. This is crazy ! The new tires are at least 12-15" / 32" ! This tire is GONE. Why do you think people are stupid ? Also this guy LOLO CASTRO told me on the phone $85 with installation. He changed his word and charged me $105 upon picking up my car. Discount-Tire brand new Falken + installation was $156. Also I researched the tire they put on my car. Cheap Ebay and amazon sold brand tire. you can find them bulk in ebay for $60-70. LOLO guy told me call me in 5 days if any problem. I called him the day after He was rude and yelling on the phone that I will remove your tire and you have to give me $40 ! This guy LOLO has anger issues and don't know anything about customer service. I will report him and this business to business bureau. Check pictures and you can judge the low quality tire they gave put. It just needs common sense no expertise. Respect yourself and don't deal with dishonest businesses like this. read more
