Can't say enough good things about Mike, Salvatore, and the whole team at RolliWorks! Super knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and great people all around. Amazing work at great prices and very prompt too! Highly recommended read more

I needed a watch band adjusted here and everyone was SUPER cool and friendly, and they did it on the spot despite it being a weekend and what I can only imagine is the holiday rush. Interesting business, friendly staff. I'll be recommending this place to all my watch-obsessed friends and anyone in need of great service on an important or high-end timepiece. read more

Top notch staff and watch expertise. I went to two authorized dealers looking for a simple bracelet adjustment but they either quoted multiple days or didn't have the right staff onsite on a Saturday. RolliWorks was able to make my adjustments in just a few minutes! Will come back for watch service needs in the future. read more

Fantastic store with excellent service. Very knowledgeable owners who will provide a detailed inspection of your watch. Extremely professional staff! read more

I ended up needing a few links removed from a new Michael Kors watch and unfortunately my go-to watch repair had been closed due to a recent theft at the shop. So I yelped a few other watch repairs and came across RolliWorks. When arriving and asking my requests the kind receptionist said that they mainly repair Rolex watches but quickly said to hold on a minute as she went to ask one of her colleagues if he could assist. Long story short they assisted me with no charge on taking off links. Very thankful for their kindness and professionalism. Thank you again! read more

I had Michael Hui and Rolliworks do a complete band renovation and service on my 30 year old Rolex President. The watch is PERFECT. They did a fantastic job and exceeded my every expectation. The watch looks brand new. I would give them 10 stars but the rating does not go that high. When you send them your watch they provide you a complete estimate and keep you informed during the process. It takes several weeks, but is absolutely worth the wait. I could not be more pleased. Thank You Michael! Joe Lammel read more

1995 oyster bracelet repair (clasp attachment and stretch)...outstanding job...highly recommend...!!!

Rolliworks is the only shop in America that can service the Rolex case, bracelet and the movement. Rolliworks came highly recommended by Giovanni Passalacqua (SF - The Independent Watch Service Center) as only the bracelet on my 34 year old Rolex needed restoration. Special shout out to Giovanni for the recommendation and Rolliworks for the bracelet restoration that is spot on. Fantastic. I couldn't be more pleased with the result. Both shops DO outstanding work, but only Rolliworks could restore the President bracelet. read more

I went here to get my MK watch sized and the guy was so great he took it right away and sized it to fit in front of me! I didn't realize they mainly do Rolex watches, but he didn't bat an eyelash and took care of me with no problem. Amazing service!! read more

Mike was super friendly and provided an exceptional service. Helped me authenticate a preowned Rolex Air-King I purchased for my dad online and even pointed out certain things to look for when you're examining the watch. The entire process of buying a preowned watch was a bit nerve wracking but my experience at Rolliworks definitely helped put my mind at ease. Highly recommend and I'll definitely use them for any servicing or repairs in the future. read more

RolliWorks - Awesome!!! Got my Rolex Jubilee bracelet adjustment free of charge! Clean beautiful Super shop with Great People! Probably the Best place for all your Rolex needs indeed!!! read more

Recently bought a Rolex and realized the jubilee bracelet was too loose for my wrist. Didn't really trust generic watch shops to handle the watch so I searched around and RolliWorks across highly rated. Requested a quote to see how much to remove bracelet links and Mike responded almost instantly saying bracelet adjustment is totally free! I stopped by the shop the following day and Sal helped me adjust the bracelet to fit my wrist perfectly. All the staff there were extremely friendly and welcoming. Sal was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I was in and out of there in no more than 10 minutes. I would definitely come back here if any of my watches needed service! read more

I didn't know anything about this company that has the ability to repair Rolex watch bands. I saw a review on YouTube and it look promising. So I inquired a little deeper, called them up and they were very professional on the phone. So I thought I'd give them a shot at fixing my sagging watchband that actually had broken. They were very good about giving me what the tentative upfront cost would be for the needed repairs. Although reluctant to put my watch band in a box and mail it to them, it was done with a little trepidation when they provided me with a shipping label and they returned it to the address that I specified after the work was completed. They did an excellent job! They added gold and stainless steel to my band and one would never know it. It looks brand new again. My watch is 19 years old and I wear it every day. You can trust them. They will get the job done right. Rolex basically wanted to replace four links of my band! I'm sure that would've been a lot more than wh these folks charged me read more

Do you have any idea how lucky we are to have these guys local? If you didn't know, usually this caliber of technical ability is only found in major cities, think 4 in the U.S. It wasn't bad before when I drove to S.F. for the Rolex A.D.or JD's, but now these guys are 15 minutes from my house? Yeah! Michael is always ready to talk watches, and Sal regulated 2 of my Breitlings to about zero per day, which if you don't know is AWESOME. They gave my Rolex Daytona a quick polish and it's beautiful like new. And all for a lot less than some stranger on the internet. Mast year my Panerai went to the A.D. in Texas and took 6 months and 1400 dollars through a local major jeweler. Never again. Bring your watch in for some Rolli-love, you won't regret it. Unbelievable craftsmanship. Rolliworks polished my Rolex GMT II and laserwelded a dent/scratch on one of the lugs using identical 904L steel. The result? By first filling in the dent (rather than just grinding it until smooth like everybody else), minimal material was lost after polishing and the case retained its like-new shape. Moreover, their chamfering skills are virtually unmatched, ensuring a factory-like shine on the edges of your newly polished case. See my pics here. Rolliworks is where watch nuts from around the country send our watches. Don't be fooled just because they conveniently located for us Bay Area guys -- they're the REAL DEAL, and we're just incredibly lucky they're so close. Don't take my word for it. Google "Rolliworks" and "Rolex Forum" and see the post "Adventures in Band Repair" for before and after pictures of their work. There's no tougher audience than hardcore Rolex enthusiasts, and they're in awe. Thanks to Mike and the guys. You're the only place I'll take my watches! read more

my rolex submarines needed to be fixed because was going too slow ( 2min/24h). Had hard time to find somebody to fix it until I found those guys in Campbell: very professional, they guaranteed me to review the watch and fix the issue in less than 1 week for a reasonable price... and that's what they did. Now I have a perfect watch, after 2 weeks it's still in sync with the time of my cellphone. I strongly recommend rolliworks! read more

These guys are top notch and one of the only groups I'd trust with my watches (I wont even send my watches to Rolex). All of their watch makers used to work for the Rolex/other big brands but given the size of their operation they provide much more attention to detail and far better service. If you're in need of a service, bracelet repair or case refinish you'll be very impressed with their work! Thank you guys for all you do. Love your new space! read more

After going to multiple watch repair service store we went to this place to have a bezel replace on my wife's heirloom rolex watch. Met Sal and showed the watch and right away he went and got it removed and replaced along with water pressure test all in under 10 minutes. After that I met Michael the owner and asked for price quote with my watch and he gave me an offer I can't refuse. I highly recommend this place and the office is clean and the machine is up to date. Once again thank you Sal and Mike. I look forward to going back to have my other watches for repair. read more

I initially heard of Rolliworks through online forums and was pleasantly surprised to find they were local to me in the Bay Area. I decided to bring in a pre-owned Rolex Explorer for authentication and bracelet resizing. I have an older Oyster Perpetual that will need servicing in the next year or so and I definitely will bring it to Rolliworks when that time comes. read more
