I have attempted to do business with this individual on multiple occasions over the past year. Consistently, he has declined lower-priced watches on the basis that they are "not worth his time," while also refusing several reputable high-end brands, claiming they are "too complicated" to manage. In addition, he seems to have a negative story about nearly every customer who walks through his door. It naturally raises the question of whether the same commentary is shared about current clients once they leave. read more

Quick & easy!! Thank you for the 5 star service! Definitely recommend Miro's in downtown.

Avoid. I took my watch in for repair to save a few dollars from the factory repair. Tried to repair 3 times. The watch was never fixed. Would no return the repair costs. Ended taking to the factory authorized dealer. Cost is 930 with a two year warranty vs 800 with no warranty. No sure if any work was done. read more

I brought my Krieger k7007 watch to this store with the intention to fix the crown which was missing. The owner who is very experienced and knowledgeable about this brand really brought my watch to life- cleaning the inside servicing it and replacing the crown. I love the watch how it looks now. The one with white band is the one the owner fixed for me. Will come back - super nice guy and only took 2 weeks to fix ... pleasure to deal with read more

Great repair - professional. Highly recommend - guy has been in the same spot for like 30+ years.

Visited from Chicago and he took care of me. Very friendly and quick turnaround. Was in an out in a minute. Highly recommend!

A Charming Con Man. We liked him. We REALLY liked him! And... we wanted to believe him. But, then... We brought a vintage Bulgari watch to him for repair (the dial was a bit askew). He said it was a VERY valuable watch worth $10,000 (I thought, and later confirmed, that it was worth around $1,500 - $2,000). He said the band was "platinum" (I thought, and later confirmed, that it was stainless steel.) He said the electrical grid (?) needed to be replaced (it had been replaced 3 years earlier). He said he couldn't "just" replace the battery because the "grid was bad". He said the cost to repair the watch would be $1,000. It was a lot of money. I hesitated but my husband wanted it fixed as a Xmas present to me. So, we left the watch but, then after confirming our suspicions... raced back to retrieve it. I later took it to my "usual" jewelry guy, Eduardo's, on 8th St. New battery... face aligned. $15. read more

My Hermes watch stopped working out of the blue, and it's unfortunately out of warranty, so I could either ship it to Paris to get fixed (it would take months) or get it fixed in Miami. I nervously took it to Miro's watch repair to see if he could quickly identify what was wrong with it and to determine if this was an easy fix, or if I should maybe just send it to Paris. When I walked in, Miro stopped what he was doing, and came over to help me. After diagnosing my watch, he identified that the electrical board had gone bad, and mentioned it probably needed to get cleaned (the watch is 4 years old and had never been cleaned before). Overall, he was really nice, great customer service! He quoted me $200, which I know is a bit pricey, but at the same time, I was more than willing to pay more and know my watch was in good hands! He said the watch would be ready in 5-10 business days. I dropped it off on a Tuesday morning, and that Friday morning I got the call from him indicating that it was ready for pick up. I'm really happy with the service and will definitely come back if I have any other issues with any of my other watches! Things to note: Parking is a pain downtown, I took the metro mover and got off at Govt Center which is only 3 blocks away He only takes cash - no checks or credit cards! read more
