This is a tough one to write. I have worked twice with WatchRepair in the past year or so. Both times my post shipping impressions were quite positive-that is until I opened my second returned piece. During the service I had asked that one link from the Speedmaster be removed, as I was passing it to my son. What I apparently needed to include was the instruction to "RETURN" the link. I subsequently wrote to Jeff (4x). He responded after the 3rd that he would look into the issue. Since that time, I have heard nothing. We all know the link MUST be returned for any piece to retain usefulness and value. I am left completely disgusted with this turn of events.
