I had been looking for a new watch for quite some time I found CRM jewelers on Instagram ,I liked all the back stories on Instagram and selection of watches , Carlos look like of a successful businessman and he had a passionate crew working for him. I made a purchase of an AP watch that fit my budget and my lifestyle but when I got to watch didn't fit because you were not enough links in the watch it was a preowned, watch they immediately sent me a couple of links to expand the band so I could wear it but living here in California there were no local AP dealers to install the links , at that time I felt the watch just wasn't right for me anymore so I returned it and they gave me my money back immediately they could've easily said something along the lines like " no refunds, all sales are final or I'm going to charge you restocking fee" but they didn't. They were very rude to me. I tried to buy a AP from them and was very disappointed. They tried selling me a "D" serial number which has a manufacturing date of 1987-1994 as a newer watch. To make it worse they've been confirmed to have done the bait and switch to other people. Beware!! read more
