My older jewelry has been with me through all weather conditions and no problems. Every place has its things that it does well, this place has good gold - necklaces, bracelets, earrings, etc. The employees will tell you when something is CZ, filled, 14k, 10k, etc. They will tell you the contents of the items you are interested in and if they do not, you can ask them. I do not come here looking for diamond rings expecting the quality to be comparable to Tiffany's. All the employees have been nice to my husband and I including the security. The employees will give you your space until you call on them. The store is well organized. It is a clean and spacious store. It does get cramped during their busy hours. We move quickly through the store and the employees are not bothered by our behavior because they know we are serious buyers. Super Sweet People to help replace my watch batteries. They did it quickly. They also cleaned up some scratches I had on my watch glass, That took less than two weeks to have it cleaned up. They were kind and nice and they spoke English which was a big plus for me as my Spanish is not that great. Great Communication with them and for me the location is very convenient to visit there shop. You can also see all their beautiful shinny jewels as you wait. The Fast Fix, a kiosk inside International Mall has always charged me $60.00 (yes, $60.00!!!) for EACH battery replaced.
