I ordered a custom 14k gold, 18" Miami Cuban Link necklace with a "bubbly" file and a diamond clasp from Daniel's. I was nervous about ordering and paying for such a substantial piece via email/Paypal. I did lots of online and YouTube research and saw numerous positive experiences with this jeweler. I put down a 50% deposit, and less than 6 weeks later my necklace was ready. After paying the remaining balance, they overnighted the necklace to a nearby FedEx for pick up. After I received it, I weighed the piece and had it authenticated by a local jeweler. Everything (weight, carat, etc) was exactly as I was quoted. I thought I should review this company since I never got around to it. First and foremost, I had a special project for them. I wanted them to melt my dads bracelet with my own bracelet. They did exactly what I wanted, and did a fantastic job. I now have a solid gold 10mm Cuban link bracelet. I then came back to Daniel Jewelry and requested a 18k, 4mm necklace to match my bracelet. They did everything and more for less then 3 grand. Most jewelry stores wanted 5 grand or more for what I wanted. This place is known for its Cuban links. If you want your Cuban get it done right and go to Daniels. I don't work for the company nor am I a friend of the guy. I am just a very satisfied customer. Purchased a cubanlink chain a few years back and a few links have constant issues, keep flipping. Not perfectly gapped and width of links vary. Now for the reason for this review. I ordered a custom cubanlink ID bracelet for $3300. When I initially ordered it I wasn't 100% sure about the length because they didn't have one to compare on my wrist so the sales rep said it's always good to go slightly bigger because we can always shorten it. I said cool so I received the bracelet, links seem on point this time but length is slightly long. I called to schedule to remove a link and they wanted to charge me $20 to remove, really!? I don't care if it's $5 to remove one link got me fucked up for even having the audacity to charge. Oh and there is a little blemish on nameplate. I'm done giving my hard earned money to these fools. Learn customer service instead of sitting around on your phones! I tried to work something out with the rep and explained what happened but wouldn't budge so here you go, smdh... read more

After extensive research I decided to go with this guy. I should have bought from CMG Links instead..... necklace is nice but not perfect. Few imperfections/bumps on a few links. At least 3. Scratch and dent on clasp. I bought a 26" 14k chain for $4500. I didn't get any response as to when it would be made or shipped. There is a messaging system on his website but he didn't respond to my message. So after waiting a few weeks for my expensive a$$ purchase I decided to call. His response was between 2-3 weeks then shipped. He also said i would get a shipping notice and a tracking number. I got neither. I'm not rich so a $4500 purchase is kind of a big deal to me. I felt like he didn't put enough customer service into the transaction which is a shame because I was originally going to go with CMG Links and should have. Not perfection here.
