Fernando the owner has built a trusted relationship with me through his honesty, professionalism, and exceptional service. He is always incredibly helpful and has made what seemed impossible possible, often in a very short amount of time. The quality of work and attention to detail are outstanding. They make you feel like family every time you walk through the door. If you're looking for a jeweler you can genuinely trust, with excellent customer service and beautiful craftsmanship, I highly recommend them. After 6 years and many purchases, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I'm reaching out to provide feedback regarding a recent experience at your Hialeah location. I…read morevisited the store to have the battery replaced on my watch. Unfortunately, I had to return later the same day because the watch had stopped working shortly after the service. Upon returning, I was informed that the store did not have the proper tool to tighten the back of the watch, and I was asked to leave it overnight. When I came back the following day, the watch still wasn't working. I was then told I would receive a refund for the battery replacement, which I appreciated--but the process of picking up my watch and getting the refund took almost an hour. During that time, multiple employees were trying to figure out how to check me out in the system. I had to ask several times to speak with the manager and to simply have my watch returned. The entire situation was incredibly frustrating, especially considering the watch is worth over $500 and the battery service was only $30. The lack of preparedness and urgency from the staff made the experience even more unacceptable. I'm sharing this not just out of frustration, but in hopes that it can be addressed so future customers don't go through something similar.

He came to our house to meet with us, bought several pieces of jewelry and gold that we had inherited and wanted to sell and he gave us a very honest and fair price.
