Absolutely incredible bbq. I ordered the brisket plate and it was great. My friend got the meat sampler and I was lucky he shared some. It's hard to find smoked corn on the cob and theirs was on point. The Mac and and cheese was the best I've ever had anywhere. They're pretty covid friendly outside seating. I wish I lived closer to have this more often read more

We went one Saturday late and we were hungry. We decided to try a little bit of (almost) everything they had. We Loved it ALL!!! We started with the baked potato with pulled pork and sauce. Then we had ribs, sausage, hot links, sliced beef, Mac & cheese, potato salad and beans. Even though we didn't get a lot of each one, we were Soooo full after working our way through the difference items. Each one was good. Even their sauce was good and I am picky with BBQ sauce. Give them a try. I believe you will become a regular. read more

We are a family owned small business providing excellent BBQ, family friendly atmosphere and affordable prices! We have a large area for the kiddos to play, plenty of seating and yard games for all ages! Open EVERY weekend.

History

Established in 2013.

Established in 2013 Rolling Smokes BBQ has grown by leaps and bounds as a mobile unit. From late nights serving at clubs and parties to long days attending local fairs & festivals we have come to the point of trying a permanent location! We live & work in Gladewater so what better location than to serve our community! We have a location offering a large area for kiddos to play and yard games for all ages; outdoor covered seating, indoor seating and plenty of good food and conversation.

I was inspired by a friend that use to do competition BBQ. She She got on drugs and know longer had the love to BBQ. So She had a 7000 dollar BBQ trailer that she took to the pawn shop to get money for her drug habit. She gave me the pawn ticket and told me to go get the trailer because l told her I wanted to learn how to BBQ. I was two days late on getting the trailer out of pawn so she said that she was going to give me her base recipe. I She end up going to jail a week later. I promise her I would keep BBQing for her and then Lord has bless me to do that.
