I wish that these guys had built my whole home. The project Manager Alex was very hands on, and he worked on-site most days. Unfortunately, everything else about the experience was extremely disappointing. The contractor started off great: friendly, responsive, and a good talker. But once the work began, the communication and professionalism dropped sharply. The walkthrough was unclear, a damaged wall was left unpainted and unrepaired, and several items I paid for -- including faucet fixture installation -- were never completed. He brought in a third‑party installer for the glass door, and because the installer measured incorrectly, the project timeline went from 5 days to 9 days. When I asked whether it was fair for me to absorb the extra time and cost caused by their mistake, the contractor became upset and stopped responding entirely. Since then, I have received no communication, no final receipt, and no follow‑through on the remaining work. Due to this complete lack of response, I have no confidence that he will honor the 1‑year warranty he claims to provide. Good tile work doesn't excuse disappearing on a customer, avoiding accountability, or leaving a job unfinished. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.
