This made me uncomfortable and completely rubbed me the wrong way because I wasn't doing anything out of the ordinary. Also, the pricing on the dryers makes absolutely no sense to me -- for the first quarter you put in, you get 7 minutes worth of drying time. Any additional quarters only give you 5 minutes worth of drying time each. This was verified by the attendant. Will absolutely not be coming here again.

Some of them are very large which makes for good value, with some accepting cards for payment which is convenient. The staff have always been helpful and friendly. (Note that restrooms are available when staff are present - just ask) The only downside is that there aren't a whole lot of carts available but this could be remedied if customers wouldn't "claim" them by throwing a towel or something in them while they sit idle. Some people, eh? Well, I'd recommend getting in early anyway, before business picks up and while the vibe is still nice and mellow.

So far, EXCELLENT!! They pick up as promised every Monday and deliver every Tuesday (you can set your own pick up and delivery preference). My D-i-L and son have thanked us over and over again. They are so thankful for this one last, large task off of their to do list as they anticipate their first baby. They live in a small apartment up two flights of stairs and the apartments laundry room is at the rear of building that actually faces the street behind them, so not at all convenient. I thought how can I help??? Then I worried about her hauling baby down the stairs and hauling laundry and well, y'all get the picture. So ~ gave this as a gift which has made me quite popular!! LOL! Her due date was 11/26. Today they go in at 2pm and the talk is they'll keep her and we should get to meet this baby boy! So, it was smart to get this gift of laundry service prior to baby's arrival so they know it, and trust it. I honestly can not share enough positive comments. This company and its team have delivered and absolutely lived up to all they said and all they do. Thank you for taking great care of my family, whom mean so much to us all. Thank you for being the company you said you were. We have had zero issues ~ Only a positive experience from us. Thank you. Now, I gotta go ~ I have to get ready to meet my Grand baby. Oh and prices are acceptable for sure!! Her time with her baby without having to stop and deal with laundry is far more valuable than the costs for the service. Thank you Fluffed and Folded!!

This company used to be great when they were operating under the name Fluffed and Folded. Now…read morethey've switched to the name Happy Nest and they've gone downhill. They've ruined clothing. I've had to send entire batches of clothing back to be rewashed because they were actually dirtier than when we sent the clothing. The clothes actually came back smelling like urine. Small things like socks and washclothes have gone missing completely. I guess that's somewhat understandable from time to time. For the last six weeks they've not folded the socks at all. Just left them laying lose in the bag with all the other laundry. I've repeatedly emailed them and I never get more than an email back saying that they're sorry, they'll talk to the people doing the laundry but nothing ever changes for the better. They keep getting worse and worse.

I had to take an ambulance to the hospital. The owner had his staff finish all of all my laundry and fold it so I could focus on getting better. Moving forward I will be using their full laundry/ fold service. I highly recommend Lomita Coin Laundry to anyone who is considering this service. For me it's worth every penny and I am confident if you are busy or just do not enjoy doing laundry you will also find this service of great value. Thank you Stevo! Todd Z

When I signed up, I chose my favorite detergent and fabric softener from their drop-down menu, but they switched it without telling me. Instead, they used some all-in-one or "sensitive" detergent that does not work. When I reached out, they told me I could start sending my own detergent and fabric softener since they don't supply them anymore. No discount, nothing. Basically, I'd be paying the same price while doing part of their job for them. I've since found a better service near my home that charges half the price and actually does a great job. Happiness Laundry Services is a complete waste of money. I won't be coming back, and I'll be telling my friends to stay away.

The woman cleaning was so extremely rude. She turned the lights off on me and 5 other people. Forced us to remove our wet laundry and insisted we get the F*** out.
