So far, EXCELLENT!! As a gift for my daughter in law and my son, as they're expecting their first baby and do not have a personal washer and dryer, we selected this company "Fluffed and Folded". They pick up as promised every Monday and deliver every Tuesday (you can set your own pick up and delivery preference). My D-i-L and son have thanked us over and over again. They are so thankful for this one last, large task off of their to do list as they anticipate their first baby. They live in a small apartment up two flights of stairs and the apartments laundry room is at the rear of building that actually faces the street behind them, so not at all convenient. I thought how can I help??? Then I worried about her hauling baby down the stairs and hauling laundry and well, y'all get the picture. So ~ gave this as a gift which has made me quite popular!! LOL! Her due date was 11/26. Today they go in at 2pm and the talk is they'll keep her and we should get to meet this baby boy! So, it was smart to get this gift of laundry service prior to baby's arrival so they know it, and trust it. I honestly can not share enough positive comments. This company and its team have delivered and absolutely lived up to all they said and all they do. Thank you for taking great care of my family, whom mean so much to us all. Thank you for being the company you said you were. We have had zero issues ~ Only a positive experience from us. Thank you. Now, I gotta go ~ I have to get ready to meet my Grand baby. Oh and prices are acceptable for sure!! Her time with her baby without having to stop and deal with laundry is far more valuable than the costs for the service. Thank you Fluffed and Folded!! read more

This company used to be great when they were operating under the name Fluffed and Folded. Now they've switched to the name Happy Nest and they've gone downhill. They've ruined clothing. I've had to send entire batches of clothing back to be rewashed because they were actually dirtier than when we sent the clothing. The clothes actually came back smelling like urine. Small things like socks and washclothes have gone missing completely. I guess that's somewhat understandable from time to time. For the last six weeks they've not folded the socks at all. Just left them laying lose in the bag with all the other laundry. I've repeatedly emailed them and I never get more than an email back saying that they're sorry, they'll talk to the people doing the laundry but nothing ever changes for the better. They keep getting worse and worse. read more

Our California King comforter has been hiding in our closet for over 3 months. It had horrible dirt stains on it and blood stains from our dog. Unfortunately it didn't fit in the washer/dryer so it got tossed into the closet. Thank God for Fluffed and Fold!! They have saved this comforter from being recycled and now it's back in its rightful place! Great customer service and reasonable prices!! read more

I am so surprised to read the negative reviews because I've had nothing but good experiences. The app is convenient it text you automatically and all you have to do is text back and they do curbside pick up. It is affordable reliable and the customer service has been nothing short of awesome. They even do my pet stuff which is so difficult since I have an infant at home I try to keep things separate read more

Has been the absolute worst experience when it comes to customer service. Having a severe disability I started to learn I needed help with laundry, it's becoming way to difficult for me. I went on the website, entered my info called them immediately when finished to talk to a girl and tell her my clothing were in white trash bags by my garage. She assured me they would be there that day. I asked around what time she said "I don't know" I leave go on about my day, arrive home around 830pm to see my laundry is still outside. Come to find out the driver picked up two red bags of laundry at my neighbors house. Not my address btw. Mark the owner calls me back around 9 pm never once apologized never once said I'm sorry. He did say he would personally pick up my clothing that day. I did tell him this was a service I wanted to use for a long time!!! I need help!!! Thinking if I reassured him he's going to be getting my hard earned money, he might be more app to take immediate action. My clothes were picked up at 12:27 pm today and again I called mark and was guarantee that my cloths would be at my house tonight. Nope. Morning it's 12:13am and now I'm going to have to hire another laundry service. It's so extremely hard as I'm getting older and living independently with a disability. I just wish so badly companies understood certain situations and urgency. On top of that I have zero towels, zero. I don't have much, but do my best and this is how you get treated. I found the Fluffed and Folded website on Wednesday 11/27 and liked how it lets you tailor your laundry order to your specific preferences. I started an order. When the site let me choose Thursday, Thanksgiving, as my pick up date, I was pleasantly surprised but not shocked, since another laundry service I've used doesn't let you click on dates that aren't available, so I figured it was the same with F & F. I completed my order. A while later, I got a call from F & F. She explained the site shouldn't have let me choose a holiday and that they couldn't pick up my laundry until Friday 11/29 and that my clean laundry would be dropped off Saturday 11/30. I wasn't happy, but I said OK. However, at 8:30 pm on Friday, my laundry was still on the porch. I tried calling but got a generic computerized message saying nothing more than that it was after hours. Shouldn't a business have an OGM that at least announces its name? I searched the site. It doesn't give their hours, which seems like another business boo-boo. I called again and left a message cancelling my order. Today, Saturday 11/30, I got a call from F & F. He explained they couldn't have picked up my laundry on Friday because they were still closed for the holiday. I told him one of their employees had called and told me my pick up date was Friday. The site also showed my pick up date had been changed from Thursday to Friday. He then made me an offer it was easy to refuse: They could pick up my laundry on Monday 12/2. Not today, Saturday. Not tomorrow, Sunday. When a customer expected service on Thursday, s/he might not be happy about having to wait until the next Monday. I know it's only laundry, but here's the situation: My mother is 92 and I am handicapped. Neither of us can carry laundry up and down the stairs to our apartment's laundry room. That's why I pay big bucks to have our laundry done for us. We are now out of clean clothes, towels, PJs, etc. You get the idea. It's not the end of the world, but F & F has kind of messed us up. Luckily, I found another service that can pick up today and drop off tomorrow. read more

I highly recommend Fluffed and Folded to anyone who find themselves unable to do their laundry. I have been without a washer and dryer for approximately four months and this service has been an absolute lifesaver!!! Their website is easy to use to sign up, and set up a pick up date, and they always send reminders via text and email. If I've had a question, or needed to let them know something, they have responded immediately. Not once have they let me down. In fact they even delivered my clean laundry on New Year's day!!! One last thing, all of my laundry has been returned neatly and impeccably folded. I'm planning on using their style myself. For now I am back to doing my own laundry, but would call on them if I need help, without hesitation. read more

I had my first fluff and fold order picked up from my office several weeks ago. On the same day I dropped off additional items at the same laundromat that I wanted added to my order. At the time I didn't realize that the company has two separate businesses: delivery service and drop off service with separate accounting and pricing structures. Although they did a good job washing and returning my items that were picked up, unfortunately they lost my dropped off items. I tried to resolve the problems by both emailing and calling the company for three weeks. The owner said that he is attempting to locate our missing items but has not provided a reasonable resolution. The business strategy is a good one: they are prompt, have great bags to sort items, clean facility but; if my items have a chance of being lost I'm not comfortable using the service. Update after 2 months: It took some time to calculate and figure out which items were not returned. In total this company lost over $650 worth of new clothes and additional used items. read more

Fluffed and Folded is amazing! I'm at Torrance Memorial Hospital for a few weeks (no laundry services here) and they were kind enough to immediately pick up my laundry and return it same day because I'm hospitalized. My clothes were clean, smelled wonderful and I can't recommend them enough to any locals who are looking for a pick up and drop off laundry service. Seriously- they rock. read more
