This place is awesome. So awesome I drive from San Pedro to come here. They are always fast, friendly, and honest people. I brought some clothes in with car grease stains and they somehow to manage to get it out every time. I can speak to their honesty because I left a very irreplaceable chain in my shorts. I called them the next day and they not only looked (which I feel is above and beyond) but found it right away!! It's a sentimental necklace of 20 years. So thankful. Prices are as you would expect given inflation. I will continue making the drive to get my clothes cleaned properly and honestly. read more

Okay so i must say. Ive been coming here for the past year. The reason for this is because i like to wear my suits. And people who know suits, know that when u get a giant white stain on a flat black suit. IT IS EXTREMELY hard to take out. I asked the ladies to do the best they could, not expecting much. And when i came back 3 days later it was sorta how i imagined. But the ladies asked if i could leave it for a week with NO extra charge. A week later i come back, with my hopes not to high. To view my extremely clean black suit. No stain anywhere. I was soo happy ive gotten my whole family to start coming here. The ladies are just so friendly, and if you talk to them like people, not workers, the ladies will try their hardest to help you out. read more

My family have been using this dry cleaners for years. Haven't had a major problem with them yet. I haven't used the quick turnaround so can't really comment about that. As with most dry cleaners, you should point out all the stains and concerns before you leave. read more

Always do an outstanding job at a reasonable price with a great sense of urgency! It is greatly appreciated. Thank you! read more

I have been using Rose Cleaners for a couple of years and have had pretty good quality and service. Recently I have noticed that my shirts do not smell good even though they are clean and pressed. I can not stand wearing them when they do not smell fresh. I will be looking for a new dry cleaner. read more

My shirt got a rip (at the collar part), 0 fucks was given from the lady I mean not even a sorry. Not going there again and defiantly not recommending it to anyone. read more

Rose cleaners does a great job at dry cleaning . I did get someone else's shirt mixed in when I picked up my clothes but they did credit me for the charge that was not mine . It is the most expensive dry cleaners I've ever used and I'm considering taking my clothes to another dry cleaners. Be wary of their prices ! read more

i had them sew a hole/slit together on a suit and they did a bad job. It visibly looks ugly and very obvious. I don't often write bad reviews but just wanted to share my experience. it looks like they rushed it and I would not wear it like this. read more

Don't waste your money here. I've given this place a second chance and again, what they said would most likely come out of the fabric did not at all. They also had a bit of an attitude. Price is a little higher than other cleaners. Overall bad experience. Won't be coming again. read more

I always thought they did a good job, but they change prices after you have the receipt for a certain price and when you go and pick it up it was a few dollars higher. It happened three times!!! Time to go somewhere else!!! read more

I've been to many dry cleaner establishments in my lifetime. Need to have most of my clothes nicely pressed for work and also all my suits for volunteer/religious endeavors. Always satisfied with their services. Don't waste your time giving your hard earned money to any one else with lower cleaning standards. Thank you Rose cleaners. Client for life!!! read more

My family has been use Rose Cleaners for several years now, and I've recently began to use them too. They've actually moved to a different location, located on Sepulveda west of hawthorne (near the rite aid/arco station). Their prices are extremely competitive (shirts washed are something like $1 each, $5 per pair of pants dry cleaned) and plus, they're open Saturdays! Their new location is very clean and open, and the korean ladies who are at the front are always exceptionally nice. Plus, they speak English which is always good. If you're looking for a new dry cleaner, give them a shot, I'm pretty sure they won't disappoint. Unfortuantely, they close at 6:30pm on the weekdays, so I'll most likely just make my visits on Saturdays. read more

I used Rose Cleaners up until now. My husband and I were weekly regulars. I took my clothes in early Friday morning and specifically requested that they are ready that evening because I was planning to drive out of town on Saturday morning. Well...I didn't pick them up on Friday evening , but went Saturday (about noon) and they were not ready..may not sound like such a big deal, but since I didn't want the hassle of trying to pick my clothes up early in the week / wanted to wear certain items on Monday, I wanted/needed to be prepared for Monday. I've always had an issue with whenever I drop my clothes off, I typically ask for same or next day, yet after I specifically request, one lady in particular always ask me "is Tuesday okay"..this could be for a Friday AM drop off. They shouldn't offer "same day service" if their intent is to honor it as least as possible. read more

Rose Cleaners is the best, I have been using them for years now and even though it is not close to my house, I still go there. The prices and service are great. We take all of our clothes there. read more

I checked this place out because this is where my dad gets his suits dry cleaned and was super glad I went here! First I started with 3 expensive pieces of clothing on the higher fashion end aka - can't just throw it in my washer/dryer, and was very pleased with their service. Got all three pieces back super clean and in mint condition. (The last place I went to to dry clean two of these same pieces, the dry cleaners used these old rusty safety pins on my off white piece and it left dark spots on it. **Hence why I was looking for a new place. ) Then recently, I got married and of course the train of the dress got dirty from taking pictures in the grass and it being dragged in the dirt and what not so I brought it back here to get dry cleaned and again, SUPERB work! I came to pick it up the day they said it'd be ready by, but I guess the stains on the train were a bit harder to remove so they asked if I could come back a few days later. No problem! Just picked it up today and super happy with it!! This is definitely going to be my go to place whenever I need to get things dry cleaned. The customer service is great too. Very nice and kind people that work there! read more

An older set up but the quality of workmanship is very good. Prices are fair. I've had laundry, dry cleaning and tailoring done here. Overall a solid establishment. read more

We've taken multiple items for fixing. They are very fast and do a good job.

Reasonably priced, always accommodating my short turnaround requests and friendly staff. Love this place.

I have been coming here for years and have never had a problem. They are always very nice and do a great job on my cleaning and alterations. The prices are reasonable too. read more

The best in dry cleaning and alterations. Honest, on time, and friendly service. Been coming here for the last 10 plus years.

Near the train station but not cheap, not reliable, and slow. On price, the claim "lowest prices in town" but $3.95 to dry clean a shirt is on the high side; then for service, the storefront business sends the laundry somewhere else to get cleaned, so no same day service. And lastly they are not reliable. I Just went by to get my dry cleaning, which promised for yesterday, and they don't have it back yet. This is the first and will be the last time I use this cleaners. Very unimpressed read more

Always great service and great prices! The owner even stayed open for me an extra 10 mins because I forgot to pick up my husbands dry cleaning ! So nice read more

My husband is VERY particular about the way his shirts are done, hence I no longer do them. We have tried several dry cleaners around Torrance in the 18 years we have lived here. THEY ARE THE BEST! They could not be more helpful, flexible when I need a short turn around and friendly in general. I HIGHLY recommend them. read more
