It's winter time therefore perfect for Ugg Season which do get dirty quite easily & aren't the best to clean on your own if you don't want to ruin the suede & I had seen the "we clean Uggs" sign in front of the shop so I stepped inside & was instantly greeted upon entrance & the lady gave me a very good price starting at $28 & depending on the length and or style rates may go up. I was pleased with the price & turn around time only being 1 week as I was quoted $10+ dollars more for the same service elsewhere & would've waited longer (2 weeks) if I didn't come across Sharon's. I rarely leave reviews, but my recent visit to this cleaners left me genuinely disappointed. The…read morestaff is consistently unfriendly--curt, dismissive, and far from welcoming. It's uncomfortable dealing with them, and basic customer service seems like an afterthought. The tipping point for me was a pair of slacks I had forgotten to pick up. They gave me a courtesy call, which I appreciated--until I arrived and was told I owed a $6 late fee. I've used dry cleaners for years and have never heard of such a fee. When I politely asked what the charge was for, the employee at the counter flatly said the owner "is inconvenienced by items being left behind." No warning, no signage, no mention of this policy until payment. If the owner finds holding cleaned garments for paying customers so burdensome, maybe they're in the wrong business. I won't be going back, and I suggest anyone who values good service and transparent pricing look elsewhere.

Worst cleaning experience ever. I've been here only handful of times, but I am not going back…read moreagain. I worked from home until recently, so mainly been living in PJs and sweatpants, so I took my clothes to dry cleaners only once or twice a year. This is a turtleneck cashmere sweater, which I used to wear about two to three times a year usually during holiday season to pair with my sparkly skirt. I took this sweater and about 10 other items for dry cleaning last year. I usually hang the items back in the closet after dry cleaning in the exact condition I picked up from the cleaner - in their vinyl bags and their hangers, until I decide to wear the item again. Earlier this year, I wanted to wear a cashmere summer cardigan, so I took it out of the bag and noticed som e hair, clearly not mine, and it was jut not clean. Then I went through some of other cashmere items and they were all like that - not properly cleaned and some random hair all over. I was so upset and took three items back to the cleaner and showed the guy the conditions. He said he'll redo them. I went back and picked them up a few days later, but was too upset to even examine them again. Months passed and I just took this sweater out of closet as I way trying few outfits for tomorrow. The photos are showing the condition of a supposedly dry-cleaned TWICE without single use sweater as of today, 12-3-2025. All different types of hair were found all of over. I cannot take a good photo but it looks like it was washed with darker clothes as there are dark green/blackish lints all over. Also, after you dry clean cashmere, it should look cleaned with no visible lints, but not this. There is no point of taking this back at this point, but I am beyond frustration and I honestly don't think this is clean for me to wear ever again. Again, this was just out of vinyl cover which was taped sealed at the bottom, so nothing got in. The hair strands I collected from this sweater are on the tissue paper which was folded in with this sweater, used by this dry cleaner. I have no pets or kids and this was stored inside the closet space where I barely open since I stored/hid this item (along with the other two sweaters they supposedly re-did the cleaning, which are still in the vinyl cover and I highly doubt that they dry cleaned again) because I was too upset at the time I picked up.

I've done a fair share of trying out different cleaners over the past 10 years and I will say this: "JP Cleaners" is the best one that I've been to". Their prices are competitive and their quality is superb. I've never had a problem having my clothes dry cleaned there. If there was a stain, they would be able to get it off. If it's a job they can't do, they will be honest with you and let you decide if you want to take the risk. It's a store that makes you feel like you're family. I walk in, give them my number, tell them when I need it by, and I'm off. Easy and convenient. The best part is that they do "ALL" kinds of alternations. They charge minimum amount for any quick fixes. I dropped off 2 dresses and needed them to be 2 sizes smaller. They had it done in less than 2 days and only charged me $30.00 for both dress. Other places that I've been to charges $10.00 for a simple stitch, and for the same two dresses I would've been charged more than $50.00. Easy, convenient, timely, and cheap! I'm very pleased with JP Cleaners and wouldn't go anywhere else!
