I wish I could add a half star because 3 is too low, yet it doesn't quite make it to 4 stars. My family and I went excited for the Family Night offered, to try something new with our children. It was our first time, and both the inside and outside were a little run down. I was happy to see there was a police there to secure the parking lot. The crowd that was attracted to "family night" hardly fit the category, it looked more like "discount night." But everyone kept to their own for the most part and cooperated smoothly on the roller rink, so I had no concerns. The music was also not very family oriented. Near the end the music was toned down a bit and I saw a few more families arriving with small children which was nice to see. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. We didn't try the small arcade or any food/snacks they also sell, so I can't review those. But based off the helpful staff and our children enjoying roller skating, we will be back. Hopefully the music is a little more family friendly. read more

It suck if u pay to come on the weekend for a birthday party and come for the experience of skating with ur kids tell how cool this place and they didn't even do one game or dance they said there wasn't enough people but it doesn't take any thing for them to put the lights on and do just fun skate song if u skate u know what I'm take about .how about limbo would been fun or the races with help skate or no help skate or even dj suck the machines false advertising two for A stupid crappie flash light that was even close what the picture is there is one thing I know Shellie was a way better manager then this lazy manager I wouldn't suggest this for that good experience of skating go to skateland way better managerment... read more

We've had multiple birthdays at this location over the years, and we always had a great time. The staff is amazing, the rink is great, and they had security for the parking lot. Great job you guys keep it up. read more

Even though this establishment is closed to the public due to Covid-19 restrictions, we were able to rent for 3 hours for a private 70s theme birthday party for my daughters 21st. It was so much fun. It reminded me of my childhood days. From the Hokey Pokey to the limbo. Definitely a good memorable time. Thank you Shelly for allowing us to celebrate and reminisce our youth. I brought my family to this establishment last Wednesday and will not be returning. First of all this is not a safe family environment. I noticed people walking around with alcohol. The music is completely inappropriate. Any time you need something from the concession you have to walk up to the front to get the girl that's running it. The only person that was worth any help was the gentleman giving out skates. When i asked about the music i was pointed to a gentleman up front wearing a polo and backwards hat. The gentleman was completely unprofessional when asked about the music and said "he would see what he could do" and was on his phone for most of the night. Who is running this place ? seriously don't recommend coming here read more

Kevin, Give 34th. more of a chance. Its floor is so much better than Brimhall. I wish you would put more love into 34th. Why not rip the carpet out and have flooring like Brimhall. Turn the carpet wall into a brick wall like West. It makes me sad. We are talking generations of families skating there at 34th., including yours. Please consider all the memories that were made in that building and update 34th. People will come if you give it love and attention it deserves. read more

Had a rough time with communication scheduling my son's 6th birthday party. Ended up with with incorrect information about the type of party I was booking. Didn't discover the problem until we arrived. Okay. Not a deal breaker. Except...the party we ended up booking was supposed to include ten skaters and the birthday kid (eleven skaters). We had six, including my son. Then we had two adults who ended up skating with their kids. Total number of skaters in our party was EIGHT. They charged us for the package (eleven skaters), an extra skater (12), AND two adults (14). Our $119 package ended up being $170. Facilities aren't the worst I've seen, but they're far from their heyday. The hardwood skate surface has several places where the wood has separated, gouged, and chipped. These spots are repaired by hand using hardware store wood filler, which leave spots on the skate surface rough and uneven. Seating area is very small, and our party had to share the space with another party, which made things awkward and tight. read more

I attended the Homeschool Event on 12/5/16 I assumed there would be accommodations for Special needs/autism. As i walked in there was a mom asking for her money back because her sons could not stand up. I was shocked when they refused to tighten either of my kids skates. after asking three separate employees, they offered me a free triangle for my daughter to use. I also found out as recently most parents didnt know they had changed their policies. My daughter could not stand up, she had several meltdowns and panic attacks and as i found out they could have helped us but chose to ruin an Autism families Homeschooling day by not accommodating for a special needs child. You need to fix this before i get the ADA involved. They never even offered my money back and i found out they have tightened skates in the past and choose to make my daughter hate skating for the rest of her life. Why would you have a Homeschool day at your facility, and refuse to tighten skates or have a policy that handles autism which is a large part of the homeschool population? It just doesnt make any business sense to do that, i will be going to Skateland if i can get her to trust me again. *they were nice and all by the way but obliviousness is not an asset in business. read more

I am so amused by the Parents that seem to think Rollerama is responsible for their children's problems... If your child needs to have their shoes or skates tightened, it is not the employee's responsibility to do so any more than to make sure their zipper is up after going to the bathroom. Rollerama provides the skates and the facility, They do not babysit your child, or take care of them Parent. That is your responsibility...! If you cannot do that then do not come there expecting someone else to make sure you child has a good time... It is YOUR responsibility... read more

Hot muggy and dirty. Usually come here since it is the one closest to my family and was hoping it would improve. Skates are not only old and broken but the place just smells. Tables were super dirty seats felt wet as if they were filled with sweat. I felt completely grossed out and left. Hopefully they will sanitize the place and get some upgrades soon. read more
