It seems this is a newer location and I think will be very successful in this part of SoHo. The staff here was very helpful and I look forward to some online shopping from here in my future.

It was terrible customer service, the lady outside had short black hair but I didn't get her name. I hope they fix this for anyone else who comes to shop that has a disability or is injured. I can't believe they didn't have a ramp or anything.

I've shopped at many different designer stores and boutiques but haven't ever felt compelled to leave a review. I walked in wanting to look at the black Lana 23 and ended up snagging the last black one left. Well, my bf snagged it as a surprise for my birthday! The store was clean, well lit, brightly colored, and featured a Coachtopia section in the back (read about it if you haven't.) From what I gathered in a previous review, Coachtopia is kind of like a limited-time pop-up so go check it out asap (available online as well.) I loved all of their offerings. Truly something for every generation or style in this meticulously curated store. The host, perhaps manager, was so welcoming then attentive yet unobtrusive.. as was the sales associate at checkout who immediately got us some water (I was dying of thirst) upon asking + immediately got me assistance with trying on a long coat. They had some incredible items on sale as well. I regret not checking out the downstairs section! I did see some beautiful bomber jackets, pants, and accessories on the ground floor though, and I was a fan of how they sectioned off the perfumes/colognes/scarves/hats. So many different fabrics, textures, colors, prints, as well as a selection of neutral-toned but fun outerwear pieces. Can't understate how charming and friendly the 2 women we interacted with were, even during our short time there. Upon looking around, everyone we saw seemed happy to be there and happy to help. Just a viiiibe and made the purchase feel fun instead of super transactional, especially since the associate checked us out then and there next to the purses instead of at a traditional register and got the bag ready while we looked around. As for the bag itself, I am in love. It checks every box for functionality, versatility, durability, price for the quality, and style. Trendy shape for current season but classic enough to withstand trends as a whole.

We ran through so many different types of bags, including ones that they had to run and grab because they weren't on display. Bonus, they even spoke to my partner, including him versus leaving him to sit on the couch bored.

Ex. I just bought a great New Year's eve dress -- black lace -- that I can multi-task into the summer for under $100. 2. Items are unique -- you won't be walking around in something everyone else is wearing. 3. It's like visiting your sister's closet. The store is small and the owner is a true fashionista. He'll pull things off the rack for you to try and pretty soon you feel like you're shopping with a friend, and having fun doing it. 4. No pressure. I hate feeling pressured, but when I come here I know if I don't love it then I won't get the sales pitch. Alan wants you to love what you buy, which is probably why I keep coming back.

It also felt like she had an agenda of trying to sell whatever was available. Which meant larger sizes in my case and styles I was not interested in. Horrible!
