I had a call confirmation the Tuesday before my Friday appointment confirming I was to be there at 4pm that Friday. In their lies they make new rules up if it does not suit them to hell with the patient. Management must refuse to pay hygienist to stay there and wait for your appointment. Mind boggling! They are delaying patient care is bottomline. It has happened now multiple times. My husband had appt later in day and lied about closing early and they did not have a spot for 3 months later. Sad part is that they will do it again and again. Due to HIPPA wont go into too much detail also had a delay in Care on a dental emergency only to be told "no" we cant check your pain or your tooth . I had to refer myself to my endodontist for emergent care. We will be leaving this dentist we kept on because of DR STOTT. Big mistake. Party of 3... out! Please do not use you will be sorry you did

Right away, the doctor wanted to replace my crown as well as do other costly procedures. I scheduled a follow up and started looking for a second opinion. However, I had decided that I was not going to have the work done and called to cancel my appointment. On the message, I specifically stated that I would call back to reschedule. However, within the hour I received a call to reschedule. I picked a day two weeks in the future and scheduled a second appointment. I didn't have time to check my schedule though and had to call back to reschedule again. I again left a message saying specifically that I would call back and schedule. This time their appointment person called my ex-wife to schedule a new appointment. I called back and cancelled any further appointments, advised them that due to their HIPAA violation that I would no longer be a patient and that they were not to discuss any aspect of my care with my ex-wife. Then they decide to text her for payment on my account. I filed a HIPAA violation complaint with the Dept of Health and Human Services.

I never thought I'd say this because I usually hate…read moregoing to the dentist and get so much anxiety just thinking about it, but as crazy as it sounds, I actually had a really good experience. It honestly felt more like a spa for your dental needs. From the moment we walked in, everyone was kind, welcoming, and genuinely seemed happy to be there. You can tell they have a positive work environment, and it really shows in the way they treat their patients. I had the pleasure of speaking with Jess at the front desk. I had some confusion about the cost breakdown and she took the time to explain everything clearly. Dental costs and insurance can be confusing, so I really appreciated how patient she was and how easy she made the process. During my visit, I had a deep cleaning and some fillings done. My hygienist, Monica, was so gentle and reassuring. She knew I was anxious and checked in throughout my cleaning to make sure I was comfortable. Dr. Oh was wonderful. He's personable, thorough, and takes the time to answer all of your questions. Kevin, who assisted during my fillings, was also kind and helpful. I never felt rushed, and everyone made me feel comfortable throughout my appointment. My husband also had a great experience with his deep cleanings and fillings. The care itself was excellent, and he was happy with his treatment. I also appreciated the little touches that made the experience feel different from a typical dental visit. They have TVs above the chairs so you can watch a movie or show while getting work done, and they even give you a warm towel afterward that smelled like peach mango. It was such a nice touch. The only feedback I have is more about the office operations than the dental care itself. My husband's scheduling felt a bit disorganized. He received multiple calls asking to reschedule his appointments. On the day of his last visit, he was also asked to come in earlier and had his hygienist changed at the last minute. His appointment still went well, but the scheduling process could definitely be smoother. I would also recommend keeping track of your remaining balance when checking out. On separate visits, both my husband and I were initially quoted a higher remaining balance than what we actually owed. It was corrected once we brought it up, but since it happened to both of us, I think it's something the office could improve. Overall, we've had a really positive experience and this has definitely become our new dentist office. Thank you to Dr. Oh and the entire team for making something I usually dread feel much less stressful.

Over the years, all of my kids have become his patients too, and I can honestly say I trust him completely with my family's dental care. Dr. Haze is one of the kindest, most compassionate, and most experienced dentists you will ever meet. He genuinely cares about his patients and even takes the time to personally call after dental procedures to check on how they're doing. That level of care is so rare these days. Recently, my daughter had a dental emergency outside of office hours. I reached out to Dr. Haze, and he called me back personally, helped get her started on medication, and had her in the office first thing Monday morning. My daughter is absolutely terrified of the dentist, but he is incredibly patient, gentle, and reassuring with her. He has made such a difference in helping her feel comfortable. His office is always spotless, modern, and equipped with the latest technology. The hygienists are wonderful, the front office staff is friendly and professional, and every visit is a positive experience. After more than 35 years as his patient, I can say without hesitation that I recommend Dr. Haze to anyone looking for exceptional dental care. He and his team are truly the best.

They took the time to explain everything about my dental care and treatment options in a clear and patient way. I never felt rushed, and they made sure I was comfortable the entire time. That level of attention really stands out compared to many dental offices where you sometimes feel like just another appointment. What impressed me most was the professionalism and quality of care. The dentist was very knowledgeable and thorough, and the staff worked together like a well-organized team. Everything felt efficient, calm, and handled with real expertise. If you're looking for a reliable dentist, high-quality dental care, and a friendly staff, I highly recommend ValleyWide Dental. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable…read more My appointment was scheduled for 2:00 PM, and I wasn't even seated until 3:00 PM. After that, I waited in the dental chair until 5:00 PM before anyone started cleaning my teeth. The dentist didn't come in until about 30 minutes after the cleaning began. Spending over three hours at the office for a routine appointment is simply not acceptable. What made the experience even worse was the hygienist's attitude. After patiently waiting for two hours in the chair, I politely asked how much longer it would be before my cleaning started. Instead of receiving a courteous response, I was met with passive-aggressive behavior and an unprofessional attitude. As a patient, I don't think it's unreasonable to ask for an update after such an excessive wait. Delays can happen, but communication and professionalism matter. A simple apology or regular updates would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, this office showed neither. I left feeling like my time wasn't respected and that my concerns were dismissed. I won't be returning, and I can't recommend this office based on my experience.
