Absolutely fabulous! What a hidden gem in a shopping center. Israeli healthy pescatarian menu. Let me put it this way, I am a carnivore and I didn't eve realize they didnt have meat here until my 3rd visit! Staff can be slow sometimes, but thats cuz they are super busy, and the food and friendliness makes up for it. . Best dishes: Omelette sandwich on a baguette Avocado sandwich Ravioli pasta - to die for. I build my own pasta with Mushroom ravioli and pesto alfredo sauce Egg salad sandwhich Salmon with mashed potatoes and mushroom drizzled with gravey truffle oil- amazing and many many more dishes that i can't remember the names of .. This place has a lot going for it in terms of cute decor and cafe vibe on the outside. But step one foot in and you learn the staff is stuffy, unhelpful, and rude (or maybe can't speak English well? I'm not sure...giving the benefit of the doubt here). I went here for the first time tonight and walked up to the pastry counter, thinking it was like other cafes where you order, pay, and then sit down. Nope. I quickly realized there was no cute chalkboard menu hanging on the wall. I really just wanted a fruit tart and asked the price. I was told it was $6.50. I said okay. When she started boxing it up, I promptly told her I wanted it for here. It wasn't until then that the other lady chimed in and said that we can have a seat and she'd bring us a menu. (Why did I need a menu? I don't know). The fruit tart was plated very nicely and was pretty tasty too. When I got my bill, the total was $9.31! They had the nerve to charge me $2 extra for the pastry and then tax for sitting there (which is all I expected to pay extra). It was not a pleasant experience to say the least. I'd say go here if you just really have to have a pastry, but take it to go to save your pennies. read more

We did a family and friends party at our house on north Hollywood. I was contacted Haim the owner and he his just a great guy. He advise me about the food I need to order and how much we need for about 60 -70 people. Food extremely delicious. Haim delivered the food by himself. Just perfect experience. And very fair and honest price. Highly recommend. read more

My favorite place in the world! Literally anyone can find something to eat..and believe me I have some picky friends...they have amazing selection of Mediterranean food that remind me of home. Their branzino fish dish is my current favorite. And can't leave the place without eating the strawberry shortcake!! They redecorated a few months ago and I really like it! Very disappointed. Never again. The service was horrible, waitress rudely rushed us into taking our order saying "ORDER FAST because we're closing soon." and walked away. She didn't check on us and we had to walk to her to pay for the check. The food did not make up for the service it was just as bad. Unpleasant experience. read more

Just ordered the Garlic Mushroom pizza. Never had a pizza full of chunks of garlic proportional to the mushroom in my life. very disappointed all i could taste was garlic, i understand that its popular there but there should be a limit to how much should be allowed. at some point i couldnt tell what was mushroom what was garlic anymore. I managed to take this of off a few slices that i had but rest is history and i'm feeling it now minutes after. read more

Roladin is nestled away in a mini mall shopping center. It's the perfect place to sit and indulged in some sweet dessert goodness. Iced coffee, Americano, macchiato you name it, they got it. Great drinks to enjoy with their yummy desserts. The contemporary modern design is a fantastic look for this place. The waitress was very attentive and courteous. They have a extensive menu for great food if dessert is not your thing. They also serve quite a few kosher items as well. Overall, great place to dine in. I will definitely return again. read more

Chocolate dome is for decadent chocolate lovers. Creme patisserie enveloped in dark chocolate mousse, covered in a dark chocolate ganache. Mango mousse starts with a nice sponge, topped with mango mousse, with a mango gelatin on top. The mango really comes through beautifully on the mousse. For years Roladin has been maintains quality service and quality food. I hav been coming here for years for different reasons (breakfast lunch or pick up), always got the best service, fresh food and a smile. It is mainly about Israeli middle eastern food, but not only. No meat here, but great alternatives. It is located at the heart of the shopping center, so I usually do few things on a visit. Including a bank, Ross and big 5 stores. If you want to eat in a clean place, get professional service, and where people will actually listen if you have a complain, Roladin will be a good choice. read more

The food is AMAZING! I come here often and everything is great. There is nothing on their menu that I do not enjoy. My daughter had the kids cheese pizza and she loved it. I snuck a bite and I can definitely confirm that it was delicious. I ordered the pesto pasta and it was one of the best I've had. My wife had the salmon salad and she really enjoyed. If I could I would leave this place a 100/5. That's what they truly deserve. The workers are extremely friendly and the whole environment in this restaurant is a pleasure to be around. read more

This would matter less if the felafel were really good, but these were almost completely tasteless and mushy, no nice crisp exterior. In fact, they were falling apart as I was eating. The hummus was okay. Not bad, but nothing special. And the pita bread they included with it was cold, not warm and fresh. Maybe there are other items on the menu that justify the five star reviews. But the felafel and hummus certainly do not, and I'm not sure I'd want to experiment further.

That, with the accompanying tahini sauce, takes you to another place. Always consistent. Hard to come here without making a choice from the butchers section. I go for the middle eastern kabob (this time one skewer) that arrived just after it was grilled with good char, nice coloring, succulent and exploding with fragrance and taste. Each bite allowed you to taste the moist meat and its spices. For my sides, the mashed potatoes (with onions) had wonderful texture and mouthfeel. For the second side, my choice was the house hummus, good body, silky feel and a thick wholesome and smooth blend of its ingredients. It lubricates your tongue. That, when scooped up with pieces of fresh Laffa bread, really hits the spot. Service was attentive, thoughtful and informative. Need to come back often, to try more from the menu. Malek's Grill & Kabob is located in a small plaza. While finding parking is not hard, getting in…read moreand out of the spot may be. Their space is fairly clean, and service was great. The food, though, was just okay. I had their Koobideh Mix, and while I always enjoy Persian food, this one didn't leave a strong impression. The meats were a bit bland, the rice, too. Everything tasted and felt unexciting. I might return and give this them a second chance in the future, but this is the first time I've had Persian food that disappointed me.
