Her attention to detail and explaining everything she is doing while she is doing it, was so informative. Her style really shows she knows her trade. My permanent eyeliner is PERFECT. There was additional time during my appointment and the next, so Kerry fit in a much needed treatment for my brows. They turned out excellent as well because of the technique she used. I went and had another full set done today, the lashes look amazing! I'm always pleased with the services that are done. The store owner was also there when I was getting my lashes done, she was very nice and super funny. I'm normally self conscious but Cari has never once made me feel anxious or insecure. I will continue to come back to this location. They take great care of me every time. I told Cari that I only wear glasses, no contacts, and I want to be comfortable with them on. So we figured out exactly what was good for me. The first 10-15 minutes of my first appointment, we went over everything, made sure that any question I had was answered, and we talked about what goes on during the process. Burning is typically normal because of the adhesive but they have things that make it better. Durinthe apportionment they check up on how you're feeling and if you have any burning. If you do make sure you tell them and then they can help ya out. Absolutely no complaints and I would tell anybody who is considering going here, do it! The extensions add so much confidence and it's so easy to keep up with! Make sure you take care of them, using the solution that they sell, they give you brushes and it feels so nice to brush through them with the foam stuff that they have!
