They were so nice, I wasn't sure what to expect as a man, but they sure made me feel at home and among friend. Which is saying a lot as I had recently hurt myself and had two black eyes and other facial bruising. Love the building , walls are very cool you have to see. Parking was easy we were on the street rite in front. I believe there was a lot a few yards away too. After the pedi we walked up town and enjoyed some food which is rare we are usually running our own place in Fillmore. Thank you ladies of the nail bar, we will be back and appreciate your efforts. The first appointment with Lori was during COVID. Despite distancing, the staff was welcoming and attentive. They have a nice lounge room where customers can wait but both times I was retrieved for my session promptly. I am very picky about my layers but Lori was able to navigate them and give me a gorgeous cut. Mandie was training while I got my trim which demonstrates what an expert she is. The prices are higher but to me, it's worth it. One thing to note is parking. I booked my appointments during business hours on a weekday and easily parked right in front of the building. I know that street can get busy around dinner and on the weekends so you might want to plan accordingly!

But it really matters WHO you get as your technician. On our last visit, we got Liam and Henry and they chatted loudly the entire time, making us feel distinctly like they were making fun of us. Every time one of us asked for something specific, they would talk to each other and laugh. It felt very pointed like they were laughing at our expense. Even if they were not-- the pedicure is supposed to be relaxing. The owner goes through all the trouble of putting you in this dark room with a waterfall wall to relax you, and then they have these cackling guys being loud and unprofessional the whole time. It ruined the vibe completely. I booked this appointment online so I couldn't specify which technician I did Not want, and this message is primarily for the owner, but these two need to be retrained on professionalism. Also, the pedicure I chose mentioned a sugar scrub but Henry only did the scrub for two seconds on my feet and not on my calves or lower legs. I couldn't tell if this was deliberate or just my technician doing the step half-way. When I asked if he was going to do the rest, he didn't seem to understand and made more comments about me to his coworker instead. This was just another example of how I was let down on this last visit-- everything felt a bit rushed, sort of half-assed and like they were annoyed we were even there. Your other technicians: Danny, Jason, Jayce, Jasmine, Madison... they are all so lovely and excellent both at their jobs and at customer service. I looked for a way to simply message the owner instead of leaving a review but found no contact info on their website. I, in no way want to hurt this business but I do wish to give feedback on who is doing well and who is not doing their jobs. As a regular client, I felt let down by this last visit and these specific technicians' behavior and service.

The area next to the chair was cluttered with dirty tools and open jars everywhere. The whole setup looked unhygienic and unprofessional. For the every increasing price, this service was a joke.
