Consistently had to correct her and fills took no less than two hours. Which normal fills are an hour to an hour and a half. Then, after coming back from vacation, I receive a message from her stating that maybe I should look for a different lash artist because she gets too stressed doing my lashes. I gave her four chances to do my lashes correctly, however, she did not like being corrected, when my lashes were uneven, not the mapping that I asked for or not filled in properly. Not to mention, I asked her to take off the old Lashes and do a complete new set and she did not want to. She stated she did not like doing full sets if she didn't need to. Then she would use the excuse that I didn't have enough Lashes, but other lash artist were able to get my lashes, completely full exactly how I wanted them. I went and had another full set done today, the lashes look amazing! I'm always pleased with the services that are done. The store owner was also there when I was getting my lashes done, she was very nice and super funny. I'm normally self conscious but Cari has never once made me feel anxious or insecure. I will continue to come back to this location. They take great care of me every time. I told Cari that I only wear glasses, no contacts, and I want to be comfortable with them on. So we figured out exactly what was good for me. The first 10-15 minutes of my first appointment, we went over everything, made sure that any question I had was answered, and we talked about what goes on during the process. Burning is typically normal because of the adhesive but they have things that make it better. Durinthe apportionment they check up on how you're feeling and if you have any burning. If you do make sure you tell them and then they can help ya out. Absolutely no complaints and I would tell anybody who is considering going here, do it! The extensions add so much confidence and it's so easy to keep up with! Make sure you take care of them, using the solution that they sell, they give you brushes and it feels so nice to brush through them with the foam stuff that they have!
