That is Nee! I have been meaning to write this review for a few years. I had my initial permanent makeup done on my top eyelid (eyeliner) and eyebrows in 2014 in San Francisco where I live. I have a disability with my arms so Iimit what they do for me. Makeup was first on the list. Over the years the eyeliner and parts of the eyebrow tattoo were starting to fade. I wanted a touchup. However, I didn't want it done in SF again, where there are tons of people, but not necessarily the depth of experience. When I was home visiting family and friends in WI I found Nee. She was trained young in China where these techniques are well known and practiced. I am so glad she moved to WI, married, started her family and brought her craft and professionalism with her. In 2022, I had my eyeliner redone and my eyebrows reformed and touched up. They look just as they did 3 years ago. From the reception, the moment you step in the door till the moment you leave the door the doctor is extremely knowledgeable. I've been there for about 2 years now. I initially went for chronic ankle and knee pain. Currently, I have 0 pain in my ankle as long as I continue to receive treatments. Maybe on a monthly basis right now. As far as my knee, there are other factors involved within my knee. But my pain has decreased drastically. I currently have an issue with a hip and some muscles attached to that. Hip, the doctor has just started working on my hip. My first treatment for one of those muscles was Tuesday, tenth of March 2026. I have not had the same level of pain in that area. Since the treatment I have built a good relationship with the doctor she's very knowledgeable, as I have said before, she's helping me to take a whole health approach to my issues outside of what acupuncture is helping me with. I do know that acupuncture can help with many different issues from the mind and body to the soul. I am very appreciative that the Department of Veterans Affairs allowed me to try this treatment. And I have continued on my own. As I have personal experience that the treatments are working. I encourage anyone with any kind of pain. Maybe even depression or as I've been learning seasonal metabolic issues, I've also heard of allergy. It's use behavior issues that can be treated through this methodologing acupuncture. I can't say enough about this place. I've recommended it to all the veterans. I know even though it might be a longer drive than some of the locations in Green Bay. I'm not sure as I've never experienced it at the Green Bay locations.
