They were super accommodating for my large bridal party (bride, 7 girls, and 1 mom) to have their hair done. They opened especially for us to get our hair done and brought in extra staff to help out! The girls had us all done in 2 hours! They helped order me the lip gloss I was using so that I could reapply as needed during the day. They offered the great option of paying all in full for a discount and include tip right away so that no one has to worry about bringing money along the day of. She knows ALL my history from the botched procedures, burns, hyper and hypo pigmentation, VERY sensitive skin that goes crazy over anything and all the rest of the BS I have gone through at my own vanity. She has basically seen everything and my scars are in my "Brazilian" area, but she listens to all my feedback and is very thorough in her work. I just wish she was closer! I will miss her. Staff are friendly and my teens love their haircuts (that's hard to accomplish sometimes!). The massage area downstairs is relaxing, although the bathroom could use a glow-up.
