I've requested my 2025 invoice several times, and as of August 3, 2026, I still haven't received it. You might wonder why I've stayed with this company for so long. The answer is loyalty. I've tried calling, leaving messages, and following up multiple times, but nothing has changed. If you're looking for a company that provides reliable communication and follows through on customer requests, this has not been my experience.

She also heard me say that the leak was in the same place where last year they replaced a valve component. I expressed on the call that I thought it would be a warranty repair. THAT is the only reason I agreed to have them come out. As it turns out it was not related to the valve and thus I was responsible for the repair. Which was fair and have no problem paying. And regardless of whether or not I was told up front, it is not a customer friendly policy. One that I would not have accepted if not for the possibility of warranty coverage. And one that i will not accept moving forward. And no, Donna R., I'm not calling the office to discuss. I don't need to hear you explain the policy again. It is what it is. Charge your customers all you want. If they don't care, good for you. I care.

First, one of the posts on the gates settled in the ground and the gate didn't line up properly. Second, a nor'easter blew out two panels from my fence. Each time, I called Steve and he was back within a couple days to fix it good as new, even though neither incident was really a problem with his construction. And even though the second time was over two years after he installed it. Most fence installers offer the same stuff at about the same price. Your chances of having some kind of problem with your fence are about the same no matter what company you choose. But with Numat at least you know that if you have an issue, Steve will stand by his work and respond to your problem.

They also repaired certain parts of the railing, by cutting and replacing steel pieces and by welding them. In other words they were equipped to handle the job, and also with the knowledge to do it.
