Wes was fantastic! I needed a tow to the local Toyota dealership to get help deactivating my car's antitheft system. Saw him get a jumper out for the battery and walked over to try to learn something--West said that he's seen this issue a lot with newer push-to-start cars and usually, kickstarting the battery again disarms the system. And wow did it work! I'm so thankful he not only came right after we submitted a request for help but that he went above and beyond to help outside of the original ask of a tow. I'm not sure what all the negative comments are about. I had a wonderful experience. My 2023 Mercedes ev battery died and the way home from the airport. I had no idea where I was at. I called Geico and they sent rodgers out and they were there within 5 minutes. I was sitting in the middle of the ramp on 70 scared. I am very responsible and have never ran out of gas so wasn't sure what to expect with my new EV or what the options even were. He offered me to sit in his vehicle so I could stay warm and took me to the Walmart down the street and was so sweet. Joked with me the whole way there and made me feel a lot better about the situation I was embarrassed about. I would recommend this company to anyone. read more

The worst and most unprofessional towing company I have ever dealt with. I have never been talked to or threatened bodily harm by someone who is supposed to be there in your time of need. I would not recomend this towing service to my worst enemy because nobody should be talked to that way and still not get any service. Good if you want a rude and inconsiderate driver who will put you in uncomfortable situations. DISCLAIMER: I was never in the car or used the service (thank goodness), I was someone the driver inconvenienced. I had turned into a parking spot to back out and make a U-turn on my route. I was sitting on my break in reverse, when the driver pulled up beside me in a spot, and before I could back out backed out himself and parked right behind me. So I was boxed in. I beeped to let him know he was boxing me in, but he just got out of his truck and started unhitching. I was so confused, I got out of my car to see if he had seen me and all he said was "I gave you time and you took too long". 1. He didn't give me any time 2. There were PLENTY of other spaces he could have chosen 3. All I needed was a "Sorry, I didn't realize, I promise this won't be more than a minute" 4. His passengers looked VERY uncomfortable So sure! Horrible service. The employees were very intimidating and cursing at me. They changed the fee I owed 3 times in 2 hours and wouldn't give me a written breakdown of charges. Also told me I couldn't get my tags off the car until I paid the fee. Then when I called to see if I could come get my belongings and get more information on the costs that we are incurring, they were very rude and would not give me any info over the phone. Worst towing company ever!! I would rather push my car then have them come get my car. The owner runs his company out of his house and has no consideration for traffic laws or pedestrians!! He almost ran over my dog and I in more than one occasion. He flies down residential streets at more than 40 mph when then speed limit is 25 mph. Eff these jerks...GEICO used them for my roadside assistance and they talk down to you like you're an idiot and inconvenience. Idiots, I'm your money and your customer. Alas, towing companies are generally just extensions of the gov and always on their payroll more than anyone else's, so they have no incentive to treat anyone with decency. Avoid this business at all costs! I was in an accident on a Friday evening and this company was called to tow my vehicle from the accident scene by the Maryland State Police. The owner of this business was extremely unprofessional and proceeded to yell at me (with name calling) on how the insurance process should work according to him. All I wanted from his company was to tow my vehicle to an auto body shop at 8:15 am on a Monday morning after the accident. Also, He even verbally threatened me with assault and attempted to start a physical fight at every opportunity because I wanted to retrieve my vehicle and belongings on a Saturday due to the card I was handed said the company's lot was open 24 hours. It did not matter to him how many times I apologized either for just wanting my personal vehicle removed from the company's tow lot. This company doesn't even deserve a single star because of how I was treated this morning. The lot for this company is actually located 519 East South Street, Frederick, MD. One of the absolute worst experiences I have ever had dealing with any company -ever-. Boyfriend spoke to "Mark" while I was attempting to get my life straightened out after my first car accident and easily the worst day of my life. Mark kept changing what it would take to get our car back, making up numbers for how much it would cost, and when questioned, allegedly called my boyfriend "a little shit" and told us we'd follow his conditions or he'd keep my car. I couldn't believe someone would be so hostile and rude, and attempted to call in myself to find out what was going on--I was IMMEDIATELY met with an extremely hostile, curt voice as I tried to peacefully resolve the situation. This wasn't even a matter of payment--I had the money in hand, I was TRYING to pay them and get my car out of their space and out of their hair, and he curtly refused and demanded I go in person despite my lack of vehicle and his earlier willingness to let us pay over the phone, and refused to let me find any sort of work around or show any sort of reason, compassion, or courtesy whatsoever despite my attempts to defuse the situation and /give him my money/. The man on the lot who actually took my payment and gave me a receipt was nothing but kind, but I can not believe that his boss was so cruel and heartless, or willing to be so rude, hostile, and outright unprofessional to a customer attempting to pay them. Use LITERALLY any single other towing service in the city and you'll probably be better served. That being said, good luck finding these guys' address--they seem to use the same lot with several different names, with the address not on the card or even online. The one on this page certainly isn't the same. We found them at 519 E South Street, if you're looking, and the door says Guy's Towing despite the Roger's truck in the lot. read more

Hands down, THE best towing experience I have ever had! After a very long and stressfull day, my car broke down on the side of the road. Within 10-15 minutes of calling Rogers, the tow truck had already arrived. The man we worked with, Skip, was awesome! He spent a lot of time helping us figure out what was wrong with our car and educated us in the process! He saved me from having to go get my car looked at which obviously saved me a lot of money. All of this great stuff and I haven't even mentioned the fact that they are very reasonably priced! I have nothing but positive things to say about this company and I will definitely be recommending them to all of my friends! read more
