They promised to correct the billing every time I contacted Beanfield, but they seemed like incapable to solve the problem. I was frustrated and cancelled Beanfield service though their pricing was so attractive. After the cancellation, they kept sending me new invoices showing I owed them money. After I told them I would complain about their messy billing to CCTS, they promised to refund my overpaid money. But as you would guess, no, they didn't do the refund. I will see if they keep sending me new invoices asking for my payment.

I wanted this box FOR MY MOM AS SHE IS ON A FIXED INCOME AND WANTED HER TO ENJOY ITALIAN STATIONS. They told me to simply refrain from turning the box off. Great service eh? They simply sent me an email saying all sales are final and no refunds or exchanges, even though I did not want a refund, just wanted the box fixed so I could enjoy it. In addition with the box, they sold with 7 months of service , and in total it was $288 dollars!
