I would not buy from rogers jewlers. If you move to another location that does not have Rogers you are out of luck in getting your jewelry checked. They make it extremely hard. You have to keep your own records You have to go to a location that they day which is way out of the way in a dangerous location. Seems to me if you mabe to do your own record keeping thru should be able to check it at any jewlers that will sign as inspected read more

Absolute worst service. Bought a ring over a month ago and they have given me three different promise dates of arrival, all of which have been wrong. Every time I call to check, they put me on hold to never come back or say they don't know where it is at. Today I called and the manager, Amanda was extremely rude and told me she would have to put me on hold while she waited on the seven other customers in front of me... little did she know my husband and I were at the mall and when he went inside (all while I was on hold) she was in the back sitting and laughing it up with two other employees and no other customers to be seen. It's a mall jewelry store. When I'm looking for jewelry, I usually stop in to see what standard stuff is available these days. The staff isn't knowledgable, but they pretend to be. You'll want to do your own research before buying anything. A couple weeks ago, I stopped in to check out their pearl strands. I was looking for a classic pearl strand, which I thought they might have. They had a few, but they were overpriced for the pearl quality and poorly made. The salesperson actually told me to hang the strand over a door knob to allow the kinks to "naturally fall out." She also suggested I look at one necklace, apparently without realizing it was freshwater and not cultured pearls. (I think she might have been the same bosomy salesperson Autumn mentioned in her review!) read more

Joseph was super helpful. I had some old Jewelry that needed repaired, cleaned, & authenticated. He was able to answer all of my questions about the different options on cleaning and repairing. He was ready the very next day. When I went to pick it up I didn't recognize the ring. It looked brand new for a Gold Ring that was forged in 1962 from Korea. Great service! We bought our wedding bands here and after the honeymoon mine felt loose. I brought it in and it became apparent that I have large knuckles and slender fingers. Going down half a size wasn't an option as I wouldn't have been able to get it off. The on site jeweler was able to make very slight adjustments to make it smaller until it fit just right. The whole thing took about 15 minutes and they even polished it up. It looks like I just bought it and fits great! Fantastic customer service, I'm a huge fan of Rogers Jewelers. read more

not real impressed. i was in the mall, and i'm in the market for a diamond, so i decided to stop in to view their inventory. i was greeted by alisha, a sales consultant, who immediately spouted some company lines: "we have exactly the diamond you're looking for"... etc. ironic, because after telling alisha exactly what i'm looking for, they didn't have it. or anything close. but she did assure me that she could order it. after only having talked for 30 seconds, she handed me off to an intern and ran to another customer. the intern, kirsten, was nice but not helpful. she did little more than some "look at this one" and "look at that one" without really showing me anything similar to what i'm looking for. note: this place doesn't sell GIA diamonds. note: don't purchase from a jeweler that still uses Internet Explorer 6 internally. lame. and insecure. do i really want to trust them with my credit card number? i passed. and you should too. read more

After being blown away with my service here, my soon to be wife bought my new engagement ring from Sarah too. Walked into your store and was greeted with the generic ' Can I help you find anything?' from a gal with beautiful red hair but her customer service skills were terrible. Described what I was looking for and that I was seeking something close to it in order to try it on and decide if I wanted to pursue what I liked and wasn't even offered anything to look at from your cases. Was asked, ' Why don't you just have what you want made?'. You mean you don't accommodate that? Ms. Redhead, how do you know that I wouldn't have liked something else in your collections...hum? How on earth does Rogers plan on staying in business if they are so laconic with their customers? Have visited numerous jewelry shops privately owned and corporate run but have never been treated so rudely but as luck would have it I found what I liked at a competitor and I'm sure they're delighted to take my money. Wanted new ring mounting. Purchased it. Measured my finger and yes, its still 4 1/2. Waited a week to get it back. Size 5 - sliding all over my finger. That wasnt the ring i picked out, either! This thing was about a 1/2 inch higher and had what i consider gaudy prongs with a circle thing mounted on the prongs!! Rogers at Tri County Mall is better - they have someone on site to do these adjustments. read more

I stopped in because they were having a great deal at the time and I figured I would see what they have. The staff started off really nice, but once the busty saleslady realized that I might not but she pushed me off to another saleswoman. I ended up buying a 10k dollar ring, to my surprise when it came in a week later the center stone was replaced with a dull, cracked, terrible diamond. They acted like that was the one I picked but it looked like it came out of a crackerjack box. I re-picked a stone and send the ring back, this time to have the correct diamond placed and to have it soldered. Again 2 days later I came to pick it up and it was terrible. The solder job was crooked and there were huge gaps between the bands. I returned it and got my money back. DO NOT SPEND MONEY HERE read more

I have spent thousands of dollars there, and when it came time for my fiancee to buy my engagement ring, he picked out a beautiful ring, that was over $7,000. Once I received it, I looked at it through a jeweler's loop and discovered cracks in the main stone. I returned it immediately. I believe the manager knew about the cracks because she said herself that they had shown the ring to hundreds of people, since it ws one of the most expensive in the store, and not one did they look at it through the microscope that they have on display on their engagement ring counter'? I was also lied to about the size of the ring, They rudely took the ring back, refused to refund my money. They did replace the main stone, but it took nearly 8 weeks, and I had our engagement party that my parents threw for us with no ring. It was a truly awful experience. And while we were originally shopping for the ring, a saleswoman, also the assistant manager quite inappropriately kept shoving her breasts in my fiancee's face. Unprofessional, ridiculous and just plain rude. I will never shop there again, which is too bad because I had been a loyal customer for several years. read more

My best friend has literally spent thousands at the Kenwood location this year alone. When she went there to get her engagement ring, a 4 thousand dollar ring at that, they tricked her into buying a diamond with a chip in the outside. I know this because upon inspection with my 30x loop, I saw what looked like a chip in the windshield when a rock flies up off the road. Then, I scratched my finger across it, and you could catch your fingernail on it. Not to mention the two GIANT inclusions in it, none of which were disclosed in the sale. They led her to believe it was a quality diamond, and what she got was a stone they would never be able to sell any other way. When she asked to have it fixed, they still insisted she was wrong. Roger's is a rip-off! For a customer who spends the amounts of money as she does, you would think she would get their best service, she got lied to, and given the run around. Very disappointing and I highly suggest if you have jewelry needs, take your money and time somewhere else, ANYWHERE else. You could get a better experience at a pawn shop. read more

My girlfriend and I went into Rogers just to look at engagement rings. She had seen one that she wanted a few months ago and we just stopped in out of curiosity to see if it was still available and it was! it was hidden away from display, almost as if it was meant for her to have! The staff was extremely helpful, I was a little bit iffy at first, being a same sex couple, many people aren't polite and helpful, but I must say they went above and beyond and got me a great deal on the rings and we got a pair of matching earrings also! They were very patient with my girlfriend, she is very very picky. They took the time to get out diamonds for her to put on the ring. And they even found a wedding band that fits perfectly. They even showed me the wedding bands for myself, unfortunately I didn't find one at that location. Regardless, I have to say it is a great location. Great staff. Very friendly. Very helpful. Very patient, and most importantly to me, same-sex friendly. I commend this store. I will definitely be back in the future! read more

One word summation=terrible. My husband purchased my engagement ring here and all seemed fine. A couple of months into our engagement a stone fell out of the halo part. No big deal, we have the insurance and they replaced it, no problem. A couple of months later it happens again. Hassle, but taken care of and ensured that they thoroughly inspected it for loose brackets. Surprise! It happens again! I'm a teacher mind you, not a lumberjack. I am pretty easy on jewelry. Well, they fix it and we get married. Yay happy couple. MAYBE one week after I get the rings back from being soldered together TWO diamonds fall out. My husband calls and speaks to the store manager and is told that they can send it to "headquarters" for inspection. We tell them we can bring it in next time we are in town as we live about an hour from the store and have made plenty of trips already this year. Before I can bring it 3 more diamonds fall out. 2 on the band and one on the halo. When you pay for these things you expect to get what you pay for. He calls customer support and is told he would receive a call back. He did not so again, he calls customer support. He no sooner gets out "yes, I think I talked to you yesterday...." And she hangs up on him and this happens more than once! Needless to say he is on a war path at this point and will not suggest anyone make their jewelry investments here. DO NOT DO IT read more
