Cindy met my fiancé first as I was running behind and then locked myself out of my house and car. Cindy was so patient and helpful to my fiancé the entire time. When I arrived they had options ready to go and she didn't make me feel rushed not one minute. The owner even came out and had a quick and kind exchange with us. We ended up getting the exact ring we came for and then were able to ask Taylor about designing a ring. Taylor was another knowledgeable and skilled employee who wrote down some quick sketches and promised an email before the holiday. We left excited, accomplished and confident in their ability to design our perfect ring. Less than 24 hours later we had designs emailed to us that were all so gorgeous and had the elements we wanted! First ring was resized same day as well talk about efficient! They are a family run shop who fixes jewelry, repairs watches, and sells engagement rings, estate jewelry and high end watches. They also have catalogues where you can custom make a piece.
