Stumbled upon this local jeweler just last week so when my fiancé proposed I knew exactly where I wanted to go. Reviews were pretty reassuring and our visit did not disappoint. Although my fiancé and I are professionals we're prudent/frugal so I didn't know if we'd fall into the "just another number" category. Cindy met my fiancé first as I was running behind and then locked myself out of my house and car. Cindy was so patient and helpful to my fiancé the entire time. When I arrived they had options ready to go and she didn't make me feel rushed not one minute. The owner even came out and had a quick and kind exchange with us. We ended up getting the exact ring we came for and then were able to ask Taylor about designing a ring. Taylor was another knowledgeable and skilled employee who wrote down some quick sketches and promised an email before the holiday. We left excited, accomplished and confident in their ability to design our perfect ring. All were courteous, and kind. They seemed genuinely interested in helping their customers, not just pushing the most expensive jewelery. They take the time to get to know their customers. Having never tried to get items purchased elsewhere engraved, I wasn't sure how to go about it. I turned to Yelp to look up watch and jewelery stores. The employees at Geraci's worked with me to get the job done. The finished products turned out beautifully. They are to be gifts of thanks for two very hard-working volunteers, who have had a great impact on my eldest child. Geraci's helped turn simple gifts into something truly meaningful. Although I try not to frequent jewelry stores- I have been to this one a few times. I've had them do a couple of repairs and they have always been extremely knowledgeable and kind. The repair work is well done and I've always been satisfied. Of course- in a jewelry store, you must meander and see the goods! They have beautiful jewelry from high end platinum and diamonds, to affordable gemstones set in silver. In addition, they have a clearance area- where I've found some really cool pieces that I couldn't resist. The staff is wonderful and not too pushy. I have used Geraci Fine Jewelry on several occasions, three custom jewelry pieces, two repairs, purchased Christmas items from the store. So, each time I entered the store, I had a repair or a purchase. I picked this store because it is on my way during the business day. The custom work is great, no doubt. However, I have not felt a welcoming spirit in the store. I am a friendly professional black woman that owns my own business. The staff quickly usher my business in and out not giving me time to look around for other potential purchases and not bothering to establish a customer service connection. I felt this way by the end on the first visit and it was confirmed on my last visit. The store was quite full with white customers leisurely looking in the cases, chatting making purchases. The young son is quite friendly, but the owner looked at me like he couldn't wait for me to leave. The business manager whisked my business, leaving one customer to come over and wait on me so I could leave. Needless to say, I am very disappointed in their customer service towards me. I spend my money where they treat me well and appreciate my jewelry business. This goes over several months of service where I was asked to pay upfront on each occasion and before they posted the sign on the register. This is an arbitrary rule as on one visit to the store where I was getting custom work done, the upfront payment was waived. They don't know if I had $300 or $3000 dollars to spend in the store, now they never will. Treat all customers like a million dollars, you never know how much they might spend. read more

Despite having a modest facade they have a much larger selection of actual stones. When my friend and I walked in we were greeted and asked what they could help us with.
