Best place to go for custom jewelry and excellent service! Joe Geraci was awesome in helping me design my engagement/wedding ring out of my grandmother's stones. I went in with several diamonds and blue sapphires, knowing I wanted something different than a traditional wedding ring. I had some vague ideas of what I wanted it to look like, but nothing I really loved. Joe was very helpful in providing inspiration with examples of bands and stone arrangements. I'd pick out something I liked, then he would draw up a sketch using the stones we had. We went through this several times, tweaking details and going through all the options, doing mock ups on the computer and brainstorming until we found the one I really liked. I absolutely LOVE my ring! When I went to pick it up I couldn't get over how well it suited me - it really turned out perfect! Everyone at Geraci was so friendly and professional, making the experience of designing a custom piece of jewelry easy and enjoyable. My wedding ring passed down after my mother's death had to be removed more than 10 years ago by the fire department due to my ring finger swelling. Unfortunately the way the ring was cut off, I did not think it would be possible to repair the band. It took two firemen to get the ring off and they both thought I was making a big mistake by having the ring cut off. Geraci Fine Jewelry caught my eye while grabbing lunch one day because the signage specifically said repair. I went to their website to investigate and read about their experienced jewelers. When I went there, the staff was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and personable. The owner even looked at the ring and said that the ring in fact could be fixed. I was shocked. I came in to Geraci Fine Jewelry at the beginning of December 2016 looking for an engagement ring to give to my now fiance as her christmas present. As soon as we entered, we were greated by the very friendly staff asking us what we were looking for. After we told them we were looking for engagement rings, they imediately went to go get the owner of the company, Joe Geraci, to help us. I looked at several settings, bands, and diamonds, as well as mutiple different 3D models of rings that Joe had created for me and eventually picked one out that they were going to make for me. The only roadblock we encountered getting the ring was that the company shipping the band didn't get it shipped in time, so Joe offered me a similar looking band that was more expensive at no additional cost and the ring was ready by the time they predicted. I recently stopped in to shop for an engagement ring for my fiance, we already had a diamond and were really just looking for some ideas. Mr. Geraci showed us some rings and told us that he could modify the one we were loking at to suit our tastes. He said he would draw up some ideas and email them to us. In a couple of days I recieved the images he sent me and I was stunned by what I saw. I gave him the go ahead and only hoped that the rings would look as good as the images. When the rings were done I was absolutely amazed. The original images he sent me did not do justice to the final product. They were beautiful and came in at cheaper price than I had expected to pay. Mr. Geraci is fabulous to work with and really gives you the one on one attention that you rarely see today.
