Schwartz Jewelers - Rings - Jewelry Near Me - Cincinnati, Ohio

I needed to have the stainless steel wrist band for my Omega watch resized because I lost weight over the years, Megan opened the door for me and took care of the resizing while I browsed thru the beautiful collection of estate jewelry. I was extremely pleased with the personal attention and speed of my needed service. The cost for the service was amazingly low. I would recommend Schwartz to anyone in need of a quality jeweler. read more

I have done alot of buying from Mr and Mrs David Schwartz and love every piece I have bought. I tell everyone before they buy from a store go to the people that knoe their products. Marty created a necklace for me when my son passed away. I get so many praises then they read it and still makes me cry for my lost of my son. This store is the best! Bonnie M read more

Great atmosphere and very helpful staff. They keep busy because they do business right. Stopped by looking for an engagement ring - they had plenty of options and were very patient as I looked through all my choices. Fun place to walk through also - the clocks in the front are just beautiful and there's all kinds of interesting, random things strewn throughout the store. read more

I've always had a good experience with Schwartz! It's where my fiancé (now husband) got my engagement ring and where we bought my wedding ring. Both are beautiful. I get it cleaned there for free which is great! Also before my wedding they did an extra special cleaning & my ring was glowing. It's local and nice and my go to place! read more

I can't say enough nice things about this family owned company. They are amazing! They have sized, cleaned, and provided us with new jewelry. I will never go anywhere else as long as they are around. Marty Schwartz and the crew are truly gems! read more

My now-husband and I were looking for weeks trying to find a beautiful engagement ring this past fall. I was so disappointed with all the jewelry stores that we went to (which was at least 7), because they were either uninterested in helping us, didn't listen to what we were looking for, or just had a horrible selection. We were so thrilled when we found Schwartz! They took the time to listen to us, they were extremely patient as we tried on a huge assortment of rings, and they were just nice! I tell everyone what a wonderful store this is! Thank you Marty and Natalie! read more

Originally we shopped and my fiance purchased my engagement band at a mall jeweler. When it came time to pick out my wedding band I was finding it difficult to find a band. We stopped in to Schwartz on a whim after googling some jewelery places. Man was I surprised!! So glad we did. They made sure as soon as we walked in we were greeted and directed to the area which we were interested. Immediately Sandy helped up and took all of our needs into consideration. Our budget was very important to use so she kept that in mind when showing us options. I so appreciate this because any mall jeweler would be pushing a highly expensive item and financing. Sandy was so respectful and helpful. I found a new bridal set (engagement and wedding band) and my fiance found his wedding band as well. The prices were incredible! The quality of my ring was much higher than the mall and the price was much lower! My fiance really likes his ring (as well as the lifetime warranty)! I found my jewelery store for life! So excited to pick up my rings today! read more

Marty is great to deal with. He also pays the most on diamonds than anyone in Cincinnati. Very professional and his staff is very nice too....I have been several times now and I was referred by a good friend Roger and he was 100% correct to deal with Marty....great jeweler to deal with. Thanks Scott Kennedy read more

Absolutely great service. They were easy to work with and friendly. The ring is stunning. They even did one resizing for free.

My husband and I had been told by another jeweler that his wedding ring could not be resized because it was a custom made ring. We were told that if a resizing was attempted the design would be compromised and look stretched on one side. I chanced upon Schwartz Jewelers and was happy I did. Tamara and the staff were very kind and honest with what could be done and in what time frame. They were able to resize without messing up the design or stones and the ring looked exactly the same, only sized correctly. They did the job right and I'm not at all sure why we were told it couldn't be done at another jewelry store. Maybe the jeweler at Schwartz is more experienced? I'd trust them again with my jewelry. Also, they have really elegant displays of clocks, waterford crystal and unique pieces of jewelry. Very pretty selection. read more

Marty and team made the buying process easy, stress free, and gave me a great price on a ring. Coming from someone who doesn't know much about rings, Marty took the time to explain the ratings to me so I could make an informed decision on my own. Super helpful in every aspect, and super generous - even offered roses, chocolates, and champagne to help us celebrate. read more

My fiance and I picked out my engagement ring together here. Schwartz had a great selection! The owner is a great guy who really makes an effort to get to know his customers and works hard to make sure the purchase stays within their budget. Later that evening we ran into him at the bar next door and he even bought us a round of drinks. He went above and beyond to make sure that we had a memorable experience at such an important time in our lives. We will definitely be making return visits for our wedding bands and any future jewelry purchases! read more

My husband and I were shopping for a new ring for me and we decided to try Schwartz. I think I tried on over 30 different rings and loved the selection that they had. I was able to get a bigger diamond then I had thought possible! I absolutely love my new ring and started receiving compliments on it the first day that I wore it! I am hoping to come back around Christmas for some diamond studs! read more

I had known Marty Schwartz through other business dealings in the College Hill area, but had never been a customer at the store. I took my wife there to get her a Valentine's gift. What a great experience! Great caring people who seem genuinely interested in meeting your need at whatever level you may spend. They took time to evaluate jewelry that my wife was wearing and clean it. Then they brought over many different items in the price range we were considering. We walked away feeling that we got more than we expected AND feeling like we had a new friend as well as a place to come whenever we had jewelry needs. If you need a jeweler for any reason, we HIGHLY recommend Schwartz Jewelers and the Schwartz family that owns this business. read more

Wow, what nice people. I have only had a repair done here .... sometimes you get treated like second class when not buying something. Not the case here .... Lovely people, good service. Thanks Geralyn Hoxsey Sparough for the introduction. read more

Wonderful family owned business with a great atmosphere and very friendly and accommodating staff. I have had nothing but great experiences here. This is where my fiancé got my engagement ring and where we returned to get our wedding bands as well. We shopped around before returning to Schwartz but ultimately chose here for our rings again because their prices and quality can't be beat. The staff is always willing to help, never pushy, and extremely accommodating. I would definitely recommend Schwartz for any jewelry needs! read more

My fiance and I were in town this weekend from Chicago visiting family, and we mapped out a few area jewelers to stop into and peruse wedding bands. Schwarz Jewelers was our first stop of three, and we could not have been more pleased. Before our visit to the store, I'd emailed back and forth with Tamora and she was very helpful and accommodating. When we visited the store, Tamora was not in, but Mollie helped us - she was fabulous! The ring selection was great at Schwarz (they even had Rose Gold options). Mollie was extremely informative, friendly, non-pushy, and she ultimately helped us decide that we wanted to go with a Tungsten ring after hearing many mixed reviews. After visiting some very stuffy jewelers in Chicago and one in Cincinnati, we were very unsure going to another jewelry store. I don't think going to a jeweler to buy something as important as a wedding ring should be a scary or daunting task, it should be fun! Schwarz Jewelers helped us so much, and we will definitely be back. We can't wait until the rings we ordered to try come in in May! read more

We are very excited about the wedding rings we ordered from Dan at Schwartz Jewelers. He listened to what we wanted, researched various options and, once the decision was made, gave us a price that we feel is an excellent value for the money. read more

This place is a class act. I always stop by on the way to the Y or after cleaning and running errands and the staff never bats an eye, is totally professional, and extremely attentive. I have brought gold there to sell, rings there to fix, and have purchased jewelry for myself and friends. All were great experiences! I love their their estate cases with weird and old jewelry to look at. read more

Schwartz is the best! I came in looking for an engagement ring without any idea what my now fiancé wanted or any knowledge about choosing a diamond. Marty walked me through the different characteristics that all diamonds are graded on, and what that meant to me. After that he showed me a large collection of diamonds until I chose a favorite. Following that he even ordered some similar diamonds so that I could compare them to my current favorite. The whole process was smooth thanks to Marty's expertise and patience. Schwartz created a lifetime customer that day and you should let them do the same for you. read more

Awesome experience. Very straightforward and very reasonable pricing. Don't have to worry about anything when you shop here. Great quality. read more

This is where you want to go. The staff is extremely helpful. There is no chance you leave there with something that she wouldn't want. I bought the engagement ring and wedding bands there and couldn't have been more happy with the experience. They have tons of old estate jewelry as well as newer watches and clocks and much more. We even set our wedding registry up through them. read more

I brought a ring here to for resizing and rhodium plating. My grandma and two friends had highly recommended this place, not only for jeweler my repairs, but for their friendly staff and estate jewelry. The total cost was $40-- far less than what the mall jewelers wanted-- and the staff who worked with me were warm, professional, and knowledgable. This is the best jeweler experience I've had, and I don't plan on going anywhere else. read more

Been a customer here for 18 years!!! It is an amazingly kind family owned business. They have so many beautiful gifts at all price points and really work with their customers to help them find what they are looking for with no pressure of an upsell. Their estate jewelry case is wonderful in its unique variety. I have bought so many treasures from there over the years as presents for my family and friends. I even helped find a good friend find a ring for his fiancé from the estate selection. I go to this jeweler for everything from ring prong checks, re-sizing of rings, watch batteries, new jewelry, antique jewelry, charms for a child's charm bracelet, Christmas ornaments to ring cleanings (which they do for free while you shop). They make you feel like part of their family. If they don't have something, they will order it. They also gift wrap for free. read more

Best jewelry experience I've ever had, and if you're getting engaged, I can't imagine doing better elsewhere. Helpful, sincere staff that does not 'push' you. Warm, cordial environment. Do yourself a favor and go to Schwartz. Popped the question last night, and she was stunned. read more

The best jewelers in Cincinnati! Three generations of my family have been loyal customers of Schwartz Jewelers. Excellent quality, great selection, and wonderful service. Repair work is always tops. read more

My fiancé and I had a fantastic experience from Schwartz Jewelers. We live in Chicago, and were in town visiting his family when we decided to check out some local jewelers. When we initially started visiting local jewelers in downtown chicago, we felt pretty intimidated by the staff. But with Schwartz, we were incredibly impressed with how warm and friendly each person we interacted with was. During our first meeting, we met the saleswoman, gem specialist, and owner of the store! All of them were fantastic to work with. They all went above and beyond for this process to be as smooth as possible for us. In addition, not only is the quality of the staff phenomenal, the quality of the final product was even better. We think we got the best deal possible for an absolutely beautiful ring. The fact that they are a small business and no overhead fees makes them able to offer us prices and services that most large companies couldn't possibly submit to. We will definitely be coming back for all our wedding-related jewelry needs! read more
