Only after my expression made it clear I was unimpressed did the employee finally say something -- claiming the other women had an appointment. That excuse doesn't change the fact that I wasn't even acknowledged when I walked in. Greeting a customer takes seconds, and the indifference I experienced spoke volumes. I make it a point to support small, local businesses when I travel, but this kind of dismissive and selective service is unacceptable.
