I usually am very pleased with their service. However, this past summer I took my comforter in to get it dry cleaned, per usual, and I first noticed that I was charged an extra five dollars for it. When I asked what the extra five dollars was for, I was told it was because it was extra Fluffy. I thought this was a bit odd, since I had never been charged that before, but it was only five dollars, so who cares right? So I waited over a week and never got anything saying that my comforter was finished being cleaned. Previously I had received a text, but this time I didn't, so I decided to stop in and see if it was finished. When I got there they had it in a bag, ready to go and said that it was all done. So I left the cleaner, and like usual I waited until I got colder to take it out of the bag. Unfortunately, when I did finally take it out of the bag, it still had drool all over it (as seen in the pictures). I called the cleaners to report that it didn't look like it had been cleaned at all, and I was told that there was nothing they could do about it because I waited so long to take it out of the bag. While I understand this is partially my fault for not opening it right away, I also don't appreciate paying for a service that I didn't receive.
