IC Masonry was an excellent experience for me not knowing much about masonry. I had them repair the…read morebrick on the front of my house. It had missing bricks and motor and was in general disrepair. Ion (owner) came to my house and talked with me what needed repair and the wall should be repointed and sealed. He then sent me an estimate that was more than reasonable. He and his workers (great guys) were there on time and worked in the summer heat for days until the job was complete. They did an EXCELLANT job. Communication throughout the project was great. I was so impressed with the work itself, communication and work ethic I took advantage and had them power wash and seal my patio and also power wash the house. Both estimates again were a fair price. 100% satisfied with all aspects of the projects. Would recommend IC Masonry for any masonry project you have planned.

The…read moreowner, Ion's, quote for the project came in exactly the same as another contractor's and we were really torn about who to hire, but I'm SO happy we went with Ion. His communication with us both before and during the project was excellent. The project ended up being more than he'd bargained for, since we had no idea that when our house's previous owners had demolished their old garage, they'd never actually removed the foundation; yet without complaint, Ion was out there jackhammering away for hours. He clearly takes great pride in his work and did every step of the process so thoroughly and professionally, and he's just such a nice guy as well--a real pleasure to work with. We had multiple neighbors go out of their way to compliment his work. In the words of one such neighbor, "What a find!"

They were over an hour late for the estimate visit. I understand things happen, but a courtesy call to say you are running late is more professional as I had to make special arrangements for this meeting. I often had to follow up after weeks or even months of non response. There were no responses in the fall until was too cold so I was assured I'd be first on their list in the spring. Come April, I again found myself having to reach out to them as to when they were going to do the job. They seemed to lack communication or urgency to perform my job. When I did get a response I was told that May was still too cold and that we should push to June. Here we are in July and after numerous emails, phone calls and texts I am going to move on. So now I've missed 2 seasons that I could have had my house painted by someone else.
