The siding…read morewas good (it was painted in the factory and should last 20 years), but the original wood trim wasn't. Most of it had started to peel a few years after it was repainted. Now I needed a painter who could repaint and recaulk everything.... without accidentally changing the color of the siding. Enter VIP painting. They came in and pressure washed the house, and hand scraped and prepped everything. They were so detailed oriented that not only did they make sure I knew exactly what material they used (all very high quality) but checked in on color and gloss. In fact, they also repainted the doors, metal handrails on the front door and the restained and resealed the doorstep. The house looks great and is ready to weather the elements for several more years. I can't recommend VIP Painting enough and am already telling my co-workers to hire them.

When I queried on Yelp, he replied immediately, set up a meeting to estimate the job and was very thorough in his review of my unit. I was tired and frustrated by other contractors who were unwilling or perhaps unable to work with my insurance. Emmanuel conformed his quotation to the insurer's requirements allowing a speedy approval after a long frustrating process trying to work with others. In March a good friend of mine called me up and said that he found a good painter for me for the…read moreright price. He also recommended that I would do it right away. I called Josh and talked to him about my house that is huge and old; as I told him, I needed to repair the windows before the paint job could be completed. Josh said that he knew a carpenter who could do the windows and would paint the house after the repairs were done. As it turned out, I needed to get 27 windows fixed. So I had a bargain, a good carpenter who was ready to go up three stories to get my windows on the top floor and a painter who was going to paint my three-decker. Eventually, J&J came after all the repairs were completed and painted my house in 10 days. They were extremely efficient, professional, and pleasant to deal with. They answered my concerns by scraping, sanding, and caulking all surfaces. They used primer and good paint. Some of my neighbors came over to Josh to ask him whether he could paint their houses too. There was no drama, no mess. They told me in advance to inform other residents not to use the common area for a day or two. I definitely hope to hire them for inside jobs and recommend them for outside painting.
