Their quote was extremely thorough in the scope of work and what it did and did not include and pricing was appropriate. Their preparation work goes above and beyond and it is clear that they know how to do things the right way. Worksite was always kept clean and was nearly organized at the end of each day. Communication was excellent regarding questions they had, questions we had, and if anything was going to prohibit them from working on a given day. Would highly recommend them if you are considering having any paint work done in the area. Very happy with the final results on this exterior job.

The scope of…read morework includes the exterior of the house, the retention stone walls along the driveway, the walkway to the front door, and the patio. We surveyed the work requirements in the evening. He came back the next morning with an itemized quote, which was hard for me to turn it down. Cristian even prepared a contract the next day to detail the required labor and materials for each part of the wok. That looked very impressive and professional. I paid one half of the total cost at contract signing for him to gather materials necessary for the job. To meet my pressing schedule for an upcoming home appraisal, he and his crew spent seven hours on a stormy, rainy Saturday to complete the job. His dedication and detail-oriented attitude resulted in a fresh-looking property that went beyond my expectations. In conclusion, Cristian's VIP Painting is a trustworthy business. I am very satisfied with their work. I look forward to having them work on the next project to replace all rutted cedar-wood sidings and paint the exterior of the house.

They were over an hour late for the estimate visit. I understand things happen, but a courtesy call to say you are running late is more professional as I had to make special arrangements for this meeting. I often had to follow up after weeks or even months of non response. There were no responses in the fall until was too cold so I was assured I'd be first on their list in the spring. Come April, I again found myself having to reach out to them as to when they were going to do the job. They seemed to lack communication or urgency to perform my job. When I did get a response I was told that May was still too cold and that we should push to June. Here we are in July and after numerous emails, phone calls and texts I am going to move on. So now I've missed 2 seasons that I could have had my house painted by someone else.

I called Josh and talked to him about my house that is huge and old; as I told him, I needed to repair the windows before the paint job could be completed. Josh said that he knew a carpenter who could do the windows and would paint the house after the repairs were done. As it turned out, I needed to get 27 windows fixed. So I had a bargain, a good carpenter who was ready to go up three stories to get my windows on the top floor and a painter who was going to paint my three-decker. Eventually, J&J came after all the repairs were completed and painted my house in 10 days. They were extremely efficient, professional, and pleasant to deal with. They answered my concerns by scraping, sanding, and caulking all surfaces. They used primer and good paint. Some of my neighbors came over to Josh to ask him whether he could paint their houses too. There was no drama, no mess. They told me in advance to inform other residents not to use the common area for a day or two. I definitely hope to hire them for inside jobs and recommend them for outside painting.

I really appreciated Emmanuel's quick response and flexibility in establishing a schedule. Throughout, Emmanuel was accommodating and willing to take on new and unexpected work. Atlantic Bay Consulting put staples in my living room ceiling without asking, but Emmanuel took it in stride and repaired the damage. Emmanuel and his crew worked swiftly and efficiently to hang new drywall and paint the HVAC closet. This was pretty amazing because there were several electrical cables they had to work around and route to the right places for the HVAC and water heater. BDL Heating & Cooling ripped up the back wall of the new closet pretty badly because they didn't know what they were doing while installing the HVAC unit. I really appreciated Emmanuel's willingness to come back and quickly repair the damage. The photos show the quality of his workmanship, and I hope that my review conveys his character and the exceptional value of Home Painting Solutions' work.

To my surprise, the owner personally drove by the home, found the homeowner outside, and explained my request. It truly restored my faith in humanity. I highly recommend this company--there are still people out there who genuinely care and want to help.
