Tim Xiong was terrific to work with. When I arrived he immediately assessed the situation and gave me some options. At first I thought the shop could knock out the dent, but he pointed some other details like the misalignment with the door due to the dent that would not get fixed if they just hammered the metal. Also he gave me price estimates for the different approaches. I felt he took the time to listen to my concerns and explained the pros and cons to each approach. The repair took about 5 days and the shop paid for a Lyft ride both ways to get me home. Tim kept me updated texts throughout the week. The repair was perfect, look at the pictures! This place is not the cheapest place in town but they do meticulous work and provide excellent customer service. I will continue to take my business here.

I talked with the technician over phone, and he told me it'll about $800 to replace my timing belt and water pump kit on my Honda. I spent only $178 for my complete kit on my car including the cylinders and he was trying to charge me 360+ in parts, and whatever the tax may be bringing the total to $800!! I decided to give them a shot after such an incredible experience getting my windows tinted at their other shop. I am car illiterate and they're super patient with me. They've caught and thoroughly explained improper past fixes and what kinds of issues I have. They are proactive in communication, are friendly, and the ability to get an uber ride to and from the shop on their dime is incredible. They've also given me a loaner to use when they've had my car for extended periods. My last shop (European Service Center ) felt like I was picking up a part time job just to get any communication and my car would sometimes be there days on end without getting worked on. I feel like E1 is super respectful of my time, cares about my business, is very professional, and keeps me informed without me asking- it's so refreshing and appreciated. They are not the cheapest but also not wildly expensive either; their pricing is on par with my last shop and things are actually done right. I recognize that things don't always go perfectly and care a lot about how a company reacts to makes things right. I had a slight issue with my struts repair after about 9 months after the fix and they stood behind their work no problem and fixed it promptly (they have a 3 year warranty on work done). Went back to address the situation due to warranty and the shop was closed up and still has never opened back up again. He literally robbed us of our money and closed up shop. Documents say there's a warranty but we can't even get ahold of the shop. We're from the bastrop area and relocated to houston so to trust a bastrop mechanic and get robbed here in houston by one too is very unfortunate. Looking into legal remedies because we definitely were scammed.
