Tim Xiong was terrific to work with. When I arrived he immediately assessed the situation and gave me some options. At first I thought the shop could knock out the dent, but he pointed some other details like the misalignment with the door due to the dent that would not get fixed if they just hammered the metal. Also he gave me price estimates for the different approaches. I felt he took the time to listen to my concerns and explained the pros and cons to each approach. The repair took about 5 days and the shop paid for a Lyft ride both ways to get me home. Tim kept me updated texts throughout the week. The repair was perfect, look at the pictures! This place is not the cheapest place in town but they do meticulous work and provide excellent customer service. I will continue to take my business here.

Thanks to Jack the owner who was a huge help and a great guy. And Thanks also to John the service manager and his mechanic Alfonso. What a professional team. They helped me out big time and got me in and out in 3 hours. As a profession pilot car driver, time is money and these folks were there for me beyond expectations. They were friendly and supportive during a stressful situation that at most other locations would have taken days and required an overnight or two in a hotel with the loss of my upcoming run that I was headed to 900 miles away. What a great group of professionals who got me fixed up and on my way even staying after hours. And it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. It was so good to be in the care of such good people! It ment a lot being far from home and out there hustling to make a living. This could have cost me a small fortune in accommodation costs and lost income alone. They really had my back. John took the time to work with and communicate with my wife back in PA about getting receipts from her to verify my Napa Warranty. He went above and beyond to work with her on the phone and via email. Thanks guys!! Went back to address the situation due to warranty and the shop was closed up and still has never opened back up again. He literally robbed us of our money and closed up shop. We're from the bastrop area and relocated to houston so to trust a bastrop mechanic and get robbed here in houston by one too is very unfortunate. Looking into legal remedies because we definitely were scammed.

Honestly, I was skeptical at first as a woman, I've experienced shops overcharging, being dishonest, or doing a mediocre job. From the moment I walked in, Frank greeted me warmly and made me feel welcome. The store and garage were both clean and well-organized, which immediately gave me confidence. He explained each step of the process, the expected timeline, and even offered me coffee. About 45 minutes into the alignment, Frank called me over to let me know that because of the prior work done on my SUV, some issues needed to be fixed before he could properly complete the alignment. Instead of being frustrated about the lost time, he remained kind, professional, and patient the same way he had treated me when I first walked in. The next day, after I had the issues fixed, I brought my car back. Frank completed the alignment, test-drove it himself, and only then handed it back to me. His honesty, respect, and attention to detail really stood out. **Ladies if you're skeptical about bringing your vehicle into a shop, don't be. Frank is a true gentleman. He was not rough, rude, or dismissive in any way. Just like the sign in the shop says: "We do it right." Axis Auto Repair truly lived up to that promise, and I left more than impressed.
